Pinnacle vs Other Books: they could learn alot

I have been with Pinny for over 5 years now without one scintilla of a tiny problem. Fast payouts, easy deposits, awesome customer service. I cant say enough good things.
Recently I have been live chatting with some other books I am considering opening up a small account to become an SBR Pro, and the experience has been less than good.
I have been withdrawing and depositing from Pinny through neteller and ********** with NO PROBLEMS for a long time, and these other books are harassing me about making DEPOSITS? BECAUSE I LIVE IN CANADA?
What is wrong with you guys? Not going to mention the books by name but they are "big name" books.
These guys have alot of learn from Pinnacle in every way-from customer service, to flexibility, to easy deposits.
I may have to become an SBR Pro through one of the other methods because so far it appears none of these other books have their shit together.

How are you still able to use Neteller to fund sportsbooks? They stopped serving Canada in April 2007 for gaming transactions.
