Please help. I requested a withdrawal for over 3200 over 3 weeks ago. The payment was processed and the representative claims that it was sent. It has been over 12 days and I still have yet received anything from them.
I spoke with almost every single representative including the supervisor by the name "Rick Knight." Even Rick is giving me the run around, stating that he has contacted the payment department and they will get back to me. After 2 days of waiting, there was no result. In his own words, Rick said "We are hoping to do something about this."
I seriously think that they are trying not to pay up. What does Rick mean by hoping to do something about this? I cashed out and did not receive the funds. They have to do something about it, not hope to. With that being said, I have submitted my bank statement to Rick already. He said that he will get back to me as soon as possible. After a while, I contacted Rick again, but just to find out he is gone for the day.
