    Wager dispute with 5 Dimes

What site shows harness official off time?, i found this one: ustrotting.com..

i have placed a bet at 3:40:14, graded as past posted, but the race off at 3:41:00 (by ustrotting.com), they said off at 3:40... Horse department said by live chat that decision is final. They dont provide the site with the official off time at 3:40

    http://racing.ustrotting.com/goto.aspx?target=12,2281

well if you PM me I could get you in touch of a guy at another book that has access to the exact time the POOLs close, ie the official off time, that is what they go by. Not sure if he will help you but one question and if you are polite and ask them about their book maybe he would look it up as an impartial bystander...ustrotting.com and brisbet and equibase do not give the accurate close time the mutual pools close at...

(what track was it? which harness track)

Rio DiNero: Rules is: Off time 3:40, tickets posted after 3:40:01 is past posted., the dispute is the off time, if the official offitime is 3:40 there no case, but i have off time 3:41.

Keep in mind that if you are watching the races through an internet video outlet, the video can be 30 seconds behind.

never bet horses with offshore sportsbook as your asking for trouble

If you do bet with 5 minutes to post

offshore racebook software has way too many glitches especially with post times

    you have no case

usta.com doesnt post the off time in detail with the seconds, only the hour and minutes. They're rounding the off time (As all result sites do). It is possible it actuallly went off between 3:40-3:41 and they rounded up to 3:41 Also, the Meadows official race replay doesnt have the time, just the date, on the screen. Which sucks because most tracks have the time including seconds on the race screen. Unfortunately it doesnt look like you have much of a leg to stand on here. You just cut it too close. Betting horses thru a sportsbook isnt the same as at an OTB stateside where you can wait until the last second. I've learned that lesson the hard way.

Yeah the void issue has happened to me before so I always try to get online horse bets in early. Which sucks because you can't see the latest odds but it's better than having it voided.

The Meadows website post the official time off at 3:41.

Now i got the replay for that race and according with it, the race off at 3:41:12
How can i deduct it: The clock time of the screen change from 3:43pm to 3:44pm at the 3:09 minutes of the replay. The winner of the race touch the finish line at 2:14 of the replay, means, from the moment of the change time and the race over was 55 seconds, adding the time of the race was 1:53, (60 seconds + 53 seconda) = 113 sec + 55 sec, theyre 168seconds has passed ( 2 minutes and 48 seconds) was the duration from the screen time change of live video and the off of the race. So, 3:44 minus 2 minutes 48 sec, the race officially off at 3:41:12.

    Ustrotting.com post off time a 3:41
The meadows website (meadowsgaming.com) post off time at 3:41
    Live video off at 3:41:12

Why 5 dimes said off time of the race was 3:40 ?

You allegedly placed a bet 45 seconds before the race went off (which on a harness track probably meant the starting gate was rolling) ON THE INTERNET and you're counting off seconds on live video to find the official post time.

I hope you won about $5000 on this race because this is a lot of work for a $5 WPS bet.

You cant change the time of the live video (time stamped), you can have a delay in the internet for 15 seconds, 30 seconds or 1 minute, all is in the video, the time is the same...

The main reason is the CORRECT CALIFICATION or GRADING of the wager, no matter $1 or $100.

u need the official time of the parimutual pools being closed for that race..which sportsbooks can have access to..what time you saw on the screen, the video feed, the "results" web sites dont mean anything.

    5dimes rules:

    Important:

    1. Each wager will be issued a POST TIME by the system. This POST TIME will be compared with the times posted at the grading website. The POST TIME given must be the same or earlier than the OFF TIME posted at the site.
    2. The Post Time given to the customer must be the same or earlier than the OFF TIME posted at the site to the minute. Seconds are not taken into consideration for the OFF TIME. Our Post Times are non-negotiable and final.

      Example:
Post Time given is 1:45:00 pm. The OFF TIME of the race is 1:45:00 given by the grading website. The ticket is GOOD and will be graded. If the Post Time was 1:45:01 the ticket is Past Post and declared NO ACTION.

don't dispute with tony. tony is a god and is always right. if someone there makes a legitimate mistake tony will be fair about it as he always is. hard but fair. you came to close to post time and they want your plays 2 minutes to post or there can be issues. do not get on the wrong side of tony. forget it.

I chat with tony normally, I think that my account was flagged on too much claim in pick 6 payouts, the rebate racebook don't pays 5 of 6 in picks six, so I have to go live support to claim it. I will miss the racebook, is the best in the world, low stakes and high limit payouts. Good luck to all that plays in this racebook.

you got paid but expelled from the racebook. way to go tony. that is hard but fair. you have no business betting pik 6's with an offshore book anyway. cannot lead to something good. bet with us based legal sites for that stuff.

I have two based legal site account, fully registred and i dont pay taxes on any small or big winnings, but minimum bet is $2 for pick six, at off shore you can place it for $1 or less... like 5dimes (0.25) and there no limit payoff up to 30k...
