    Betpop.com bounced payout check

    After depositing thousands of dollars with Betpop.com I finally requested my first payout last month. The amount was $2000. Well the check was returned for NSF (it bounced). When I called them extremely angered I might add, I was told they would not do anything to make up for this. I would just have to deal with it and wait..........It has now been another TWO weeks and I still have not been paid, they told me I had to deal with an outside payment processor, "it was not their problem". I will be glad to post my email correspondence with them and Scans of the bounced check...

    Anyone else having problems with them??

    The Managers wont even talk to me and get this money situation squared away because they said I was abusive......

    I had a bad experience with them. They said they would reimburse my fees, then after I made the deposit, they refused to give me the lousy $15 credit. I just never played there again! Their CS sounded to me like they dont want to take care of their customers! I added them to my sHit list, along with Bet Phoenix (similar problems)

    A lot of books appear to be experiences high levels of this kind (processing issues) unfortunately sir.

    Sorry you are having problems with this. It *is* their issue though, and they should make you whole.

    I really could not believe the way I am being treated. I could not reason with them. They told me it's not their problem. I told them I didn't wager with an outside processor, I wagered with them, and they need to take care of this. All of my deposits have always cleared. I asked to have a new check overnighted(they refused) said it was not the process. I explained my payout was from a month ago and it was their fault I don't have it. They told me "your personal financial state" is not their problem...I didn't ask them to pay my mortguage, just give me what I am owed....Admittidly I was rude on the phone and that is unlike myself, but I am infuriated that they cannot see my point. What happened to customer service??? They know how to be nice when they call you and beg for deposits, must be a different crew on the payout side..

    Sounds to me like they are broke Amber.

    Any sportsbook that doesn't even TRY to make up a bad check isn't going to stay in business very long.

    That sucks Amber.....I had to go through the same thing with ABC Islands in September of last year, and it took ages to finally get the entire thing resolved and a new check sent and deposited. Good luck with this and I hope it works out.....

    I cashed out once there during the summer and the Check cleared in 7 days. The check they send are not the regular cashier one's we are use to getting. It kinda looks like a personal check, with a signature and all, but it's coming from a stack financial institution. You gotta to have a lot of dough to be writing off one of those checks. So, I'm very surprised to hear this.
