    Betphoenix unable/unwilling to process payouts!!

    After requesting a withdrawal on Saturday 13th of December 2008 to Netteller(because withdrawal to Moneybookers was not available) I am jet to receive my payment(now 18th of December 2008). Live chat only gives me the runaround and memberservices@betphoenix.com is unresponsive. This is not reflective of a SBR rating B sportsbook! The betphoenix service guarantee found at http://www.betphoenix.com/aboutus does not ring true with the service I have been receiving.

    From what live chat tels me they only process payouts from 9am to 1pm est Monday to Friday and that payouts take upto 48Hours, jet they promise "get fast payouts" and "same-day payouts". Live chat today told me my withdrawal will go through today, it has not, they also told me to contact them again tomorrow, when I will just be told that payouts gets processed 9am to 1pm Monday to Friday. How can Betphoenix just endlessly delay payouts?

    Wednesday 10 December - Lost account ballance.

    You should be fine - I had a moneybookers payout from them on Tuesday, took 15 minutes or thereabouts.

    We expect BetPhoenix to let us know the status of eWallet payments. Most payout feedback has been positive but very few involve transfers available to non-US players.

    It might be because I made no bets during the period their systems went nuts? Total guess though. My balance did disappear as did others, but nothing strange happened. I heard of others having all sorts of issues cos of active bets, and I'm guessing they're having to manually validate a lot of them. One guy on another forum logged back on to find his balance at some ridiculous number (don't remember exactly, but it was 100x what it should have been).

    Alternatively: could just be the old ewallet-not-funded problem? A lot of US-facing books seem to have this.

    Should say for balance my previous payout they lost for a week, but after a gentle prod by email they sent it through the next day.


    Obviously none of this is any help to you whatsoever, but hopefully some comfort at least. I've had three max payouts so far ($4k each), so they do pay.

    I've been telling people that this book has many problems with payouts, but SBR has their pockets filled with their money, so you will never get a negative comment about them!

    Here's where I stand. Bank transfers form either Moneybookers or Netteler takes 3 working days to process if there is no delays, right. Betphoenix will inevitably only tell me tomorrow that they cannot process my payout over the weekend(which is riduculus in its own right) then with all the holidays in the next 2 weeks when will I eventually recieve my money. I feel like I'm being fed inaccurate information that just keeps me hanging. Any request for more accurate information and they just ignore me. They should not be allowed to act in this fassion? Do they have an controlling commission that one can complain to?

    Seems over-panicky. You just requested the thing on Saturday.

    I understand wanting your money the second you ask for it but lets keep a bit of a grip on reality. We're looking at 3-4 business days so far.

    I can confirm I just got paid out by BetPhoenix for a 4-figure sum, by moneybookers, without too much hassle - though their CS isn't the most helpful, they could work on their people skills.

    Anyway it seems there is still a fee, even after I mentioned that I read on this forum Richard had confirmed 1 free MB withdrawal per month, and they agreed, and promised there would be no fee, after the transaction was done I checked my statement and voila, 20USD fee for moneybookers withdrawal.

    Oh well, I guess it could've been worse.

    Sounds like someone made a little mistake on the fee.

    If things follow their usual pattern, you could probably PM Richard your details and get that reimbursed. I shouldn't speak for Richard but there has been a definite pattern that has emerged on the forum of problems getting solved the way.

    Actually that sounds pretty black and white and you could probably get it corrected with a quick phone call.
