Theirs no denying the fact that Sportsbook.com (SBR Rated D-) has had some processing issues over the years. If you feel you are in need of some assistance then you are more than welcome to fill out a complaint form and one of us will inquire on your behalf to them.

Does the sportsbook family all use the same processors.

As in are other skins experiencing processor issues?

The Sportsbook.com (SBR Rated D-) and it's family of books all use the World Gaming software platform however, I'm not sure if they all use the same processing methods though. Now please note that I don't know how up to date this info is but this thread should give you a bit more insight about how some Jazette books are not all the same.

Recently had a very fast payout from Hollywoodsports which I believe is part of the same group.

As a UK player I have never had a problem with this group of sportsbook in the past.
But my recent Moneybookers payout request from sportsbook.ag has not been processed and it
has been a week now. This compares to 24hr-48hr payouts in the past.

If you have a deep bankroll, then a 4-6 week payout is fine.

But what they are hoping is that you win, ask for payout, lose patience waiting for payout, and then lose money that was pending payout.

Guys like Durito have may outs, and plenty of money distrubuted around.

Guys like me, need our money tomorrow.

They should be awash with money at this time of year and fast payouts should be the norm. As someone said earlier, they have paid out inside 2 days in the past, in my experience.

I spoke to Live Chat and was told that only Sportsbook.com (sportsbook.ag)
are having problems with delayed payments (although I wasn't told exactly what the problem was)
and that other books in the group are still paying by Moneybookers within 48 hours.
    It's all a bit strange.

What I don't get is why not inform people of the problem. Regardless of the issue, silence is the worst imo.

So is this a sportsbook.ag paying out by Moneybookers problem,
or a sportsbook.ag paying to any method problem?

I would be willing to cancel my pending Moneybookers payout
and change it to Neteller if it meant getting my cash quicker.

I've been waiting a couple weeks for a Moneybookers. Very out of character, maybe SBR could try to get a comment. Word is J7 likes dealing with this group.

new to this forum...started reading about a month ago due to similar problems I've encountered trying to withdraw from sportsbook.ag. requested a wire withdrawal on 7/13. It was "processed" on 7/31 but i never received the funds. after several inquiries, the funds were credited back to my account on 8/19. Received a message same day stating that the funds were credited back due to an unexpected processor error, and that a subsequent withdrawal request would be prioritized. Did this immediately upon receipt of that message (on 8/19). Then, several inquiries and weeks later, i receive another message on 9/20 stating that they are currently experiencing delays on wires, and that they recommend i cancel my wire withdrawal and request by check as those are getting paid out faster. Also state that if i email their team with my withdrawal ID, it will be expedited. did all this on 9/20 and all i have received back was an email stating that they are experiencing high volume of emails and will respond asap. withdrawal by check is now pending...this is ridiculous. All their customer service will ever tell you is that they are working to pay "as soon as possible." Never will provide even an estimate for when that may be. I will note that i have been playing on this site for several years, and have never had an issue with them paying, but i have definitely experienced a wide range of processing times...

First off, Welcome to the SBRforum

Sportsbook.com (SBR Rated D-) has endured many processing issues for the better part of 3 years (give or take) that I recall. But just fairly recently I've noticed a pattern where some SBR posters have received a special type of bonus if they chose to cancel their withdraw which is something I've never seen happen before during my tenure within this industry.

Anyways, If you are in need of some assistance with this issue your having with them. Then your more than welcome to fill out a complaint form and one of my colleagues will be more than happy to inquire to them about this matter on your behalf sir.

Thanks, bigboydan. Did not note this above but I also received the email about two weeks ago offering a 25% bonus if i cancelled my withdrawal prior to 9/9 am. Was reluctant to do so because of the current payout problem I'm experiencing. have some questions about filing complaints. Will PM you

After days of calling and calling them I finally received my money. I called and they told me I cancelled my payout I said no you cancelled my payout because of your processors. I asked if they had offices in Costa Rica they said yes. I told them I would come to their office to receive my money they said they couldn't do that. I said send me an extra couple hundred dollars for my troubles. I was put on hold for 5 minutes and the guy got back on the phone and finally said we can have your money to you in 72 hours through M G so thats how I finally got paid after waiting since July 5th.

Hello, my name is Kathy Andrews. I'll be assisting you today.
    dj: Hello Kathy
dj: I need to know why and when my payout will be processed? Can you put it on top of the list for my withdrawal request....Some forums are saying you guys are taking very very long lately for payout requests
Kathy Andrews: Your withdrawal will reach you within 4-6 weeks of the date you requested it.
Kathy Andrews: We're working closely with our payment processors in order to bring this timeframe down.
    dj: ha
dj: it used to take 3 days
dj: would it be quicker if i requested a **** DC?
dj: that sucks a lot ....some people have bills....
Kathy Andrews: Do you know how the DC method works?
    dj: no how does it?
Kathy Andrews: Upon making your first request via this method we'll send you a DC provided by our processing partner. It can take from 1 to 4 weeks to receive the plastic and then you'll need to activate it...the instructions will be enclosed with the card. After activation, we'll load the card with your withdrawal and the funds will be available within 3-5 days. You can access your funds via designated ATMs. Future withdrawals to your reloadable DC will only take 3-5 days and we never charge you a fee. You'll also be able to use the card to deposit back to your account.
dj: Well can you just send me a card now and keep my wire transfer the way it is...then next time i want to access a withdrawal i will do it that way
Kathy Andrews: You will need to request a withdrawal via DC
    dj: omg
dj: is there anything you guys can do for me
dj: everyone on the forums are complaining that it is taking you toooo long to withdrawal
Kathy Andrews: Our company's position as part of the gaming industry is not comparable to that of other companies which are not gambling related. We employ a third party (our processing partners) to process payments and the routing of these payments is often complex and may involve the transfer of funds via two or more financial institutions. This is why this process may seem unreasonably lengthy.

there you go guys I requested a wire transfer two days ago and still hasn't been processed...its for about 1k, I changed my name but for what its worth this is their BS answer....CASH OUT NOW and switch books....EFFFFFFFFF
