    5 Dimes is a nightmare...

    I have requested the
"Verification" form 3, separate, times -- so that I may take a
payout. It has never arrived in my email box!! When I signed up for 5 dimes,
the email confirmation came in perfectly. Now, when I want a simple form so
that I may make a withdrawal of my winnings -- it does not make it to my email
box. The c/s thug that answered the phone the 3rd time today said: "Maybe
you should change to a Yahoo email address!" WTF?!?!? All other emails
make it to my (COMCAST) email box?

When I asked, "Why do you not just make this "verification form"
available on the web site?" They could not give me a straight answer. It
is the obvious and logical thing to do -- the c/s thug said: "Too bad, we
will not do it!" If the email with the "verification form" does
not arrive soon, I have been instructed to request the for (for the 4th time)
via email. I am supposed to send a request to: certification@5dimes.eu -- why can't
these morons accomplish a simple task? After 40 years of betting with a book, I
decided to try this internet wagering. I am shocked that 5 dimes has received
such a high rating? They have been a nightmare from the very beginning.

OH, BTW, they took double the amount that I authorized from my initial deposit.
They claim this, "...mistake often happens and your (incorrect
withdrawal)will be put back in my account soon. So far, they suck. And, once
they have your money their c/s acts like assholes

5 dimes verification form is attached

It took 5 telephone calls, 2 different email address' & a "live chat" of 10 minutes to, finally, get the verification form that I needed. When I asked why it was not posted on the web site - they answered: "That, sir, will never happen. This is a sensitive issue." HUH? WTF? A generic form is a sensitive issue? Anyway, the form is attached. Hope this helps anyone trying to do business with these idiots.
