OK so I got Tony on live chat and told him Becky placed my balance at 300 and he said it was my balance before the correlated RIF wagers. He said after she did the math I kept ending up negative so he gave me the 300. I didnt agree with the math so we went over the plays 1 at a time. 434 wagers. I ended up right and got 700 instead of 300 and he gave me LIFETIME DOUBLE BONUSES and any other reward option they have FOR LIFE. He made up for all this I would say. He did offer to let me keep the 250 instead and all go back to normal but after he convinced me the other deal was better I took it. I just felt like lifetime double bonuses on losses v/s cash in my account is like saying in advance I am gonna lose. But at the end of the day we all know we gotta lose sometime. If you read the chat you will enjoy some of our talk. Tony stayed cool and I did too. I kissed a little but a few times but after all I did break a rule but did so UNKNOWINGLY. Read the chat log and enjoy. Tony is not always an ass. He was very fair in my case I think. Glad I stayed cool because I was pissed yesterday. At least I got my 700 instead of the 300 Becky put in my account. It all worked out and I absolutely reccomend this book to anybody.

At one time Tony was more than happy to chew your ass out over the phone but you are correct that he only uses Live chat now. Bubba is probably right that it is for documentation purposes. Also it allows Tony to be anywhere in the world and they are able to transfer the chats to him. I know one time I needed to chat and he was in Europe and they transferred it over. He was more than happy to tell me about it.

I understand. I was trying to play it cool so I didnt lose my account or my money for something I didnt mean to do. The worst thing about the whole thing is that my balance was confiscated after assuming I did it and had more wins than the 950 balance. I told him I had different figures than Becky and he immediately said I was wrong but after we went through it all I WAS RIGHT. That is why he gave me the concessions he did. Glad I was able to prove my case and get my money back.

Also sorry I am late answering these. I left Friday for Oklahoma at FSU,and then went to Mets at Braves,and then saw Eagles at Falcons. Great weekend for sports. I needed it bad.

Big difference between a sites R&R stating that you can't use a bot but than you use a bot to play VP in order to abuse their bonus offer, and a book saying that you can not bet correlated plays but not defining what is considered correlated. If the book thinks a wager is correlated they should not accept it so they need to fix their software.

No one in their right mind thinks Cory used a bot, and he'd already fulfilled the rollover many times over so a bot wouldn't even help him "abuse the bonus offer."
