    That betpoints free payout for 2500 bet points is very misleading.2500 betpoints is actually quite alot of action for a recreational gambler over a few days or a week,at least enough to pay for an inexpensive **/** withdrawal, it actually should should pay for a ** payout many times over.

    That is really disturbing to hear you are waiting 7-10 days for ** payout from bookmaker of all books?

    Still Waiting....

    I requested a payout for $1K via ** on the 11th and am still waiting. The money has not yet been deducted from my account.

    yep, it took seven days to get a wire transfer but I got my money. Also, I don't think I have ever heard anybody say that they have had their limits cut at Bookmaker.

    update on ** payout from bookmaker:
    Just had a live chat with customer service to see if my ** was ready for pickup. I was told it was still pending, as it has been the past 4 days. Now I have been told that there is a delay with ** and it might take "a while". I am getting really nervous because even bodog the master of slow payouts got ** withdrawals done within a day or two

    OK, here's an update.

    I made the request on Thursday the 11th and checked up on the request on Saturday the 13th and Tuesday the 16th. Each time I was told that everything was fine and that the request was in process.

    When I checked again today I was told that the payout was rejected because the receiver's name was wrong. I don't want to use my real name but the conflict was because I used something equivalent to Dave [LastName] instead of David [LastName]. When I told them to please resubmit using the name David instead of Dave they said OK, but now it would take another 7-10 days.

    Shouldn't they have notified me of this when I contacted them on the 13th or 16th? $#@!#$%$ It seems like they are playing games at this point (or am I just being unreasonable).

    Sorry Psalty, this looks like your being a tad unreasonable, but I'm not sure why after seeing the error it should take another 7-10 days...good luck!

    Their rules say a check by regular mail can take 30 days to process. PROCESS not receive, that is pretty bad. No excuse for taking that long to process.

    Yeah, it's all good. It's just after waiting 8 days already, to be told you have to wait another 7-10 just because you listed a shortened version of your first name, it's hard to take. I doubt ** would not allow someone to pick up their money just because the receiver's name says Dave Smith and their license says David Smith. I could be wrong though. I've only picked up ** once before so maybe the rules are that strict. In which case, good looking out bookmaker.

    BTW, it looks like bookmaker has removed ** as a payout option. I spoke with a CS rep today and they confirmed they are having problems with this payout method.

    Ok... up to now... I have seen players that actually know what they are talking about... but some others are giving hollow respones filling their statements with caps and bold characters...
    We have that 7-10 business waiting period stating a worst case scenario in the event that we get an overflow of payout requests... during this time... all the departments check each one of the requests to see if the payout request was put by an account that actually qualifies for it... according to our rules for payouts.
    ** had a delay true... but now it is working just fine. Both person to person methods are now working as they should. We are not able to state when the funds will be arriving... that is why we specify a MAXIMUM waiting period.
    We do not send regular mail checks any longer, we only send express mail checks. Depending on your loyalty status, you may request 1,2, or 4 free payouts a month... not counting the ones you can get by exchanging points...
    Payout issues? Yes we did have some problems with the ACH processors (not being offered at this time) and with the check processor (that is why we took out the regular mail thingie)... So we changed the processor and it is working as it should. I have seen checks getting to their destinations in 1-2 days
    Still... all the conditions must be fulfilled before requesting one...
    Why are we an A+ at SBR...? Beats me... I am not the one in charge of rating books... but I have not EVER seen a customer that has not received his payout... not once... this alone would make for a decent rating... hell it IS your money

    Good stuff I got the young Fizzz on my side. As he says, it's pretty normal to have issues with payouts, and it's pretty normal to have a delay on them, but, it's not normal not having your money due to a mistake because of reasons different than payout regulations. It's hard for me to believe that most players think that rating only quilifies payout speed.
    Does that means that you rather have a 1 day payout than having qualified Customers service, good lines, a system constantly updated, a loyalty program and a perfectly stablished operation that won't let anyone down?
    I believe those of you who have had any problems with payouts have been very well compensated, I've seen cases, not normal at all and if they were in good standing to have it they were assisted as they expected.
    As per myself I rather have quality on the whole company than speed in just one process, I see the whole product not just the package and I taste the whole dish rather than just trying to identify one ingredient.
    Remember that although it does not seem like it there's always one or two Reps willing to give out the best of themselves to help you out.
