What book should a Canadian player bet with?

I have PinnacleSports. But I wanted to reload with BetCris and I noticed that their sister company Bookmaker domain was seized by the U.S. Immigration & Customs Enforcement.
Not too sure I want Betcris now. Always liked the Greek but not too sure want to reload with them now too.
Would betting with a British company like Will Hill be ok?

if you want to bet Us sports with willhill or any other british company and only do that when they have the best line the you will be limited very fast and/or even shown the door. stick with the pinnacle, exchanges and that should be enough

I'm a fellow Canadian, and The Greek is fine. They've not skipped a beat since leaving the US market. You already have Pinnacle; So I would suggest adding BetFair as well.

You need nothing else after that. BetCris doesn't hurt, but at the same time they add nothing to a sportbook rotation of Pinnacle, Greek and BetFair. And like pjesnik noted, the Brit books will likely limit you so quickly that it won't be worth the effort.

Maybe toss in Legends if you want a bit of variety. Safe book, but again nothing there that can't be found at the ultimate book, that of course being Pinnacle.....

    What sports are you into?

    Matchbook if US sports
    SBO and 188Bet if football
Betfair for just about everything but not strong on US sports

    Stumpage:

I have Pinnacle but I don't like their lines sometimes when it is a close favorite. Ex. Dal -1 -125 when another book will have it Dal - 2 1/2. Also, I like to shop for lines and I know Betcris parlay odds pays more than The Greek. Pinnacle also restricts you on betting early on parlays. I know I shouldn't play parlays but I put like $10 on like a 5 teamer!

    Hareeba:

I like betting hockey (NHL) and football (pro and college).
I don't usually like using British books for betting the above 3 sports because I always find their lines are higher.
I used Bowmans and Bet365 before.

Ok, I can't use B365 or any of the other UK books so don't know much about their US sports offerings.
Matchbook should be good for NHL and NFL if you're only into straight bets.

Matchbook is a must. I'm Canadian but can't play at Pinny or 5D, so MB is the only 'reduced' option available to me.

I feel concerned on how the US Gov is shutting sportsbooks and poker companies down.
British books are regulated by the government so I feel safer

    Pinnacle is regulated....stick with them.

If you want other outs.....Try The Greek, they pulled out of the US Market, so no worries there.

If you like playing dogs try SIA.

Forget CRIS...they suck and have high withdrawal fee's.

Mikeyg: I bet with BET365 last year and I can tell you their lines are usually higher than the others (The Greek, Pinnacle & Cris etc).
    Why do you like them?

I don't mind a little bit of extra juice if they always pay me in a timely fashion.

They are very fast with bank transfers and although it can be a pain in the azz to get verified it is well worth it in the end.

Bottom line is they pay very fast and their live lines make baseball comebacks in the ninth a great option to play.

    Just my opinion though
