You see what you want. I see a charge still on my CITI card account which initiated from them and hasn't been taken off. I have also confirmed with my bank that there were no charge backs.

I also see over 100 calls from Scott Carter over the last 8 days in my phone history.

I also remember a threat towards my friends and family about getting 3 AM phone calls from shady characters for years coming out of Scott Carter's mouth.

I have always done that to start a deposit. I hit half the time it seems, I miss half the time, but it is good to start the account with 3,000 as opposed to 1,000. I have used that method several times and gotten up to 10K+ in just a couple of weeks.

I first played with them in 2006 and never had an issue and talked with Sharky regularly and he always treated me great, but then again I am a losing player and accept the losses. This is an industry that does not need the exposure and experiences. Also, using the comment "I am a SBR pro at 4 different books". You do realize how many people in this forum have probably deposited 100k+ in 50-100 books over the years right? In this climate with a book that has no outstanding issues, has been stable and is a solid REC book with a good past.. who should we believe? Why continue to power post in denial on a public forum? If you honestly did not charge anything back, why not work behind the scenes and send in a bank statement to Justbet?

Shark asked me if I could help. No one harassed this player. quite the opposite. We simply called as we agree to do so, to see if the money was refunded to his account. He agreed to repay the money as you can see in the bold text. All we did is call and see if any progress was made with the bank. The player got irate and continued to refer to the laws making gambling illegal. We had to block his Ip from the chat because he was upsetting the CS people.

You can if you want. I'm pretty sure the 3-4 other books I've deposited on for a couple of years using CC's with no problem would read it and scoff.

From a legal standpoint, you have nothing to worry about. If this is an OVERSEAS book, trying to file a collection against you, they will still need to use an AMERICAN debt collector to have any type of legal legitimacy whatsoever.

ALL American debt collectors (whether they do or not is another story) are bound by the Federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, as well as your state's fair debt collections act. I live in Texas, we have a very extensive debt collection code that must be followed, otherwise these debt collectors can be sued for damages, or fined.

The bottom line is, NO LEGITIMATE REAL DEBT COLLECTOR, with any RECOURSE IN AN AMERICAN COURT OF LAW FOR A JUDGMENT LIEN ON YOUR PROPERTY DUE TO YOUR PERSONAL DEBT, would EVER legally be able to call you at 3AM, OR ANYONE ELSE besides you to let them know of the details of this debt.
