Hi guys, firstly i'm a new member here and this is actually the very first time i'm reading this forum so i do apologise if there's a thread on this subject already and i have also used the search function to search on ibcbet.

This site is huge and it's going to take me a while to look through the topics. It looks great, lots of information available it seems.

Let me introduce myself. I reside in Singapore. In my country the only legal betting entity is singapore pools which is in charge of almost every form of betting like 4 digits, Toto and sports betting both off and online. In recent years we had 2 casinos open which gave more options to gamble. Even though it seems that other betting companies are not allowed to operate here, you are able to access many gaming websites including Bet365, ladbrookes etc. The only problem is transferring money via e-wallet sites like moneybookers using one's CC since moneybookers is flagged as a gaming site. BUT you're still able to transfer money from moneybookers via bank transfer. This means you cannot transfer money to bookers thru your **** card but it's possible thru a bank transfer.

Anyway i'm here to discuss about ibcbet. I understand that somehow you need to be a somebody to open an account with ibcbet or perhaps they don't allow ppl that reside in sg to open an account with them. This creates agents or bookies or in fact a stable to head bookies with smaller bookies. I suppose those head agents actually own the accounts with ibcbet and then make plays on behalf on the customers of his smaller bookies under him.

This creates a problem. These agents then go into online forums or chatrooms and mind you this isn't really legal to source for customers. These customers are the average joe some with tons of cash some of not too much cash. Essentially these ppl are dealing with strangers exchanging huge sums of cash back and forth and there have been countless number of cases whereby bookies refused to pay out the winnings to players or players that ran away from bookies when they lost as some bookies allow players to just put in part of the bet as a deposit whereby they would agree to pay the remaining amount at a later period.

I really wonder why does ibcbet allow this type of shtick to happen. Why not be like bet365 for example that allows the customer to play with them without any middleman. Mind you 365 does have a middle man which is moneybookers as MB is probably the easiest way to fund your bet 365 a/c and to get the payouts. The pt is these sites like 365 and moneybookers are legal entities with phone numbers to call and a place to file an official complaint while you require trust in dealing with some unknown shady bookie with only his word as guarantee.

Ibcbet is also pretty big in my country. I think it's probably the most famous online betting site next to the sg pools.
