    Well I have absolutely no interest in defending this company, the more I read the more I think they're nothing more then a scam outfit. But I think they're located in Costa Rica and if they are, or in any Latin American country, two hour lunches are pretty much the norm. I had a insurance issue here in Mexico and was over charged on my policy. The provider called me and told me "yes, that's wrong well make a check for you and you can pick it up today in the afternoon." So I drove 30mins to their office arriving around 1:30 only to find a sign in the window "closed for lunch from 1pm-3pm." I called them in the morning, they called me back 20mins later and I had a check that day. BOL could take customer service lessons from them. But let's face it their business model doesn't seem based on return customers, rather an endless supply of new suckers, worldwide, who read they have a positive rating and are willing to deposit money with them.

    Any one defending this book at this point has some motive. Or their just a dumba$$ douche. When someone owes me money, gives me stupid answers and plays games I'm not pleasant. I'd be really going off if they owed me 7K.

    I got into an all out shouting match with the supposed "poker manager" named "JT"....phone call lasted like 50 minutes, god I am such an idiot I REALLY wish I would have recorded it. You guys would be laughing your ass off. They know they have absolutely ZERO case. The funniest part of the conversation was this....he said "we detected a pattern."
    I said "LOL, and what is this pattern."
    He replied "we have 7-10 hands where we see that this player "Ready" (username) would bet at you "without a good hand on the river, not even a pair."
    I seriously just about lost it, I said yeah sir thats what is known in the poker world as "bluffing.---maybe ur familiar with that term."
    I told him over the course of a few thousand hands that I'm guessing I played on their site that it should be PRETTY STANDARD for someone to be bluffing "7-10" out of those lets just say 2,000 hands.

    The call ended without anything really getting resolved, except my blood pressure skyrocketing and steam coming from my ears. "JP" told me that on Monday afternoon to call around 3pm ET and they will have an answer regarding my funds, as he explains that they are "still waiting to here a response from the other player." This makes no sense as I told him, what does my situation have to do with this other guys reply to your email.....I thought this was the whole purpose of the "investigation" that took them 6 days (10 by Monday) to see that I was indeed not violating any rules.....anyway I didn't feel like arguing anymore, and JP just kept referring that all of this was "standard security procedure"....he must have repeated that phrase 15 times during the conversation. So as of now, right this second, I am waiting for their reply on Monday afternoon (don't hold your breath, as literally I have been put off, delayed, straight up lied to just about every single day this has went on, either by live chat or one of their CS reps on the phone)

    So now, we wait till Monday, I'll keep you posted guys. Getting pretty ridiculous for a B+ book don't ya think????

    f*ck this place after reading all this bullsh*t i won't be depositing on there. i play poker and bet sports so i wanted to have a poker room to play at too. knowing this joke site me and another player will sign up for the same heads up sng a few times and they will claim i know the person and not pay me.

    and fair point, I'd love for them to explain this situation for us all. Better yet, if Betonline has an account here, I would like them to post "their side" of the story for everyone to hear. Make it known, I want nothing hidden. People reading this should be informed of 100% of the information. That is why (referring to my previous request) I would love if since Betonline "keeps records of all hands played" if they would post EVERY SINGLE HAND I played on their site, and let you guys decide.

    I never yelled at them. They out and out lied to me, left me waiting, wouldn't give me a straight answer on ** fees. The closests I got to yelling was after asking several times Ok, then you'll pay me?" and Ok, then how do I get paid?" I finally typed into chat "HOW DO I GET PAID!?!" The played a weird e-mail message game where I'd e-mail them a question and they answer a question I asked hours/day before. I thought maybe they we're just getting the e-mails on a delay. But it happened more then once and I always got a response about 5-10mins after asking the question.

    Absolutely. I had a small amount with them and requested a payout to make sure they were honest. If they would have paid me I was ready to deposit a % of my NLF bank with them.

    Tell everyone you know they should steer clear of this site. Do not give them your money.

    i play with legends....people complain about their lines etc but the customer service is outstanding and they pay fast.

    their lack of communication is almost laughable to a point. They spend more time dodging calls, avoiding emails etc, and making excuses than it would take to just handle the issue at hand. I was left out of the loop , granted I would still be frustrated (7-8 days later) but the least they could do is pickup the phone and explain what the hell is going on....even if they are conducting "standard security procedures" I should at least be conveyed that message within a reasonable timeframe of my account being locked....maybe I am irrational, but we are looking at 6-10 days here (IF I get a reply on Monday---which in my humble opinion is 50-50 to happen), and that is simply unacceptable.

    I have a legends account. I may use them for the NFL season now. I've contacted them about payout methods before and after opening an account. Plus Legends customer service is way better in my opinion. They picked up right away on the chat, phone and didn't tell me "wait one" only to come back and tell me "they're saying___________." Who are they and why can't I talk to them?

    Stay way and/or get your money out of BOL.

    ive played in the legends casino......the blackjack ive one a hundred or 2 and lost a hundred or 2 depends on the day......if i really want to play bj i go to my local casino.............but legends has always been very professional and courteous to me.

    Yeah, I don't have a local casino with tables games... not even poker. Just machines and sports. The sports for US games usually have horrible lines and points. But I stopped in one the other day and the sports manager told me they're going to be using "Vegas lines this year." What that exactly means I don't know. Also don't know where they were getting them before.

    I haven't contacted SBR officially for a couple reasons, partly because I only have a few hundred dollars with them and it's only been a week. I think asking me for my TWO last names was just absurd. Bu then I thought asking me for a utility bill after I'd already sent in documents that would prove my address was absurd as well.

    I have little doubt they're a scam and are delaying payouts on purpose. I think it's possible they're in the "take the money and run" stage of their business plan.

    gonna call them right now guys, just wokeup, was playing cards all night till 5am. I love SBR, but did get an email from "Lou" today which is the first correspondence I have received since the complaint was filed. I hear they do great things in helping you all get your money back and resolve issues in a timely manner. However, besides telling me they received the complaint, I havent heard a word from them.

Been waiting over a week now, have not spammed any boards, rather I am just informing my fellow sportsbettors how a company is giving me the shaft in hopes of potentially saving them thousands upon thousands of dollars that they will likely load up for football season.     I know the truth dude, and if this costs me 7k to ensure that every player knows 100% what happened then thats what I am going to do. Me posting FACTS shouldn't hurt my outcome, as that is all they are is facts. When it gets resolved I would be more than happy to alert players that Betonline handled it, but not until then.

    As for now, just called and spoke with CS Rep "Monica", she said the poker supervisor has conveniently "stepped out of the office" and he will call me back at my number today. I have heard this tune before.

    Lets take a poll, would you guys like to keep hearing updates on this from me or would you rather wait from a reply from SBR (I see 1 reply in this thread from them). This is a FACTS thread, not opinions.
