    It's obvious this site is a scam book just look at their betting limits. MLB run line 5k, ML 7.5k, totals 5k and those limits are higher than TheGreek LOL. Then again that's probably because they know they are not paying anyone out and just collecting deposits. That site is going to turn out just like the other scummy site these maggots use to run. In the end they are gonna pull the same stunt and stiff people out of thousands and thousands.

    Since the above didn't include the payout amount and I assume the local ** agent will want me to know the exact amount I e-mailed them requesting the payout amount (I never did de-code the fee table they sent me, blah what a mess.) Anyway 6 mins later I received this e-mail-

    Just so everyone is up to date... BOL did in fact pay me and I received my payout this morning. I also received a PM from someone claiming to be with BOL. They asked me for my log in ID and said they would look into me not getting paid. This message had to come after BOL already sent my payout. I did not send this person my user ID (they DID NOT ask for my password) mainly becasue I don't know them, they could be anyone. Also it seems if they did work for BOL they could easily read through this thread, access their system and see who was sent a payout to Progreso Mexico. Anyway I did send them a round-up/blow by blow where I thought they went wrong in dealing with my account.

    So for what it's worth they DID PAY ME, there was ABSOLUTELY NO PROBLEM picking up my P2P. It's completely possible these guys are legit. Am I so sure of that I'd trust them with my money again... umm, no. Of course I haven't received a reply from the person who PM'ed last night. Maybe they'll respond with some explanations that will ease my mind.

    Betonline pay 99% of the time. I've never heard of someone who hasn't been paid by them. Everyone complaining about them have one thing in common, they all complain about their SLOW payouts but not their lack of. If you cant stand slow payouts there are other options for you, simple as.

Third, why have slow payouts at all? In my case it was one message (at times with a day or two pause between) after another that basically said "we can't pay you because you need to give us A." "Now we can't pay you because you need to supply us with B." Ok, we'd like to pay you but first we need C." Why not just be up front with their customers and say "To get paid you need to supply us with A,B and C. Once we receive all those items from you you're account will be cleared for withdraws.     Whats the point of messaging customer and saying "We tried to process your payment but unfortunately prior to doing so we need you to supply us with both your last names." Seriously when was the last time anyone asked you for both your last names?

    In the end, yes THEY ABSOLUTELY PAID ME, it was ABSOLUTELY NO PROBLEM picking it up from the wire transfer agent, for that I'm thankful. But many of their actions leave me shaking my head and thinking should I trust them?

    They are B+ because they took up the mantle bestowed upon them from BetPhoenix. They advertise here....if they didnt and the slow payouts occured...a rating shift might have occured.

    As for should you deposit with them, I won't but they broke my trust. Much in the same way if I were to engage in "chip dumping" I'd assume they'd ban me, close my account and take my funds. They would have no trust in me, right? Well whether purposefully or not they did some rather bizarre things that delayed my payout and as such I have no trust on them. You may have a completely different experience. Several people on here have defended them, maybe they've had great experiences and had no issues. Or maybe they have another reason to defend them. I have no idea. I know my only motivation was to inform people as to how my case was being handled and warn them there might be a major problem here.

    I will say I received, a few moments ago, a PM from the same person who PM'ed last night. In response to my blow by blow account of why I thought I'd received poor customer service.

    They replied-

    Wow, that is a giant clusterf*ck. Really sorry about that--we've been growing like crazy and have some pretty green guys on the phones.

    The LAST thing we want to do is delay paying players. We have had some processors screw us and hold payments unnecessarily (or were they doing another book a "favor" and making us look bad--a paranoid possibility); and we do occasionally botch it ourselves as in your case.

    But we do literally thousands of withdrawals everyday, and the vast majority go through pretty painlessly. Our person to person payments are are as fast as anyone else, as we've jst massively improved our payout options for this season.

    It has been an achilles heel for us--a big part of it (good payment processors) are sorted now and in the next week or two the payout request automation will be in place and hopefully these kind of human intervention errors will be greatly reduced. Frankly, we can't afford the time on them either!
    Make of that what you will. At least they admit some culpability, though they do place some possible blame on "some processors." Not sure I know what that means.

    I know of another member here who's been trying to get a payout, a much larger payout, for a while and they've told him several times we'll have your answer tomorrow, Monday, Thursday... and so far he's still posting it's not been resolved.

    Should you deposit with them? Only you can decide that.
