Anyone have trouble switching from BetJM to Heritage?

I am able to log in to BetJM perfectly and taken to the screen where it says to transfer to Heritage, but when I get taken to Heritage and re-login to transfer my info over, I get this

Find a new book......Heritage is lousy, they do not have many deposit options, outrageous fee's......way overrated.

If thats the consensus, then what do I do about the funds already in my BetJM account? Can I "cash out"?

Heritage offered a free payout to Betjam players when they transferred. Not sure now. I would give them a call.

Heritage is a great book so far (Betjamaica transplant here). Shayla moved over from BetJamaica as well as Herman too. Customer service has been as good as Betjamaica for me so far.

**/** payouts are expensive but just use the free monthly check withdrawal.

They also have more lines than Betjamaica did (especially for soccer/tennis/etc)

They have many more deposit options now, just ask them.
