I don't care how good a books lines might be ( and I'm not saying they're good there either because I don't know), but that is outrageous. If you put in a dime you are only really playing with 800 bucks. That's like charging 200 just for the deposit.

Heritage payout options say they give a free check every 30 days. Betjam charged me 70 bucks for 450 withdrawal before they went under. I complained and even started a dispute with SBR(which I lost)...

Description: I requested a 450$ ** withdrawal leaving 25$ in my account. A day later I look and see they took my last 25$ and took another 45$ from my withdrawal totaling around 70 dollars in fees. I don't think this is right no way would I have agreed for them to take my last 25$ I had in the book. And had I been informed they were going to charge me 70$ and basically close my account I would have taken a free check withdrawal.



I actually called betjam and asked to speak with a boss before I filed the complaint. Some American sounding gangster got on the phone and explained to me that they had to pay the runners a lot in this market and they had to pass this cost on to me.

Unless you simply use a different payout method that is cheaper.

BTW guys it wouldn't surprise me if every book moves to this soon. It is not the book, it is our gubment. Transferring cash this way has to put a bullseye on a book. They want people to use other methods so they charge enormous fees to encourage that.

How long do you think the free check will last?The ones of us that came over from Greek/Jam didn't have that option when we were trying to get some of our funds out.The only way to get some out quick were P2P at 70 a pop.Admittedly I could have cashed out for nothing but that wasn't an option at the time since 2 outs were lost.

My opinion is Spiro and Scotty didn't handle this whole thing to well with their long time customers.

If its true, its a sad commentary on the state of the offshore industry.

Free check tells me one thing...book is seriously worried about their being a potential "run on the bank", that is they get way to many withdraw request in a short period leaving them cash poor.

Heritage has a great offer if you don't get you money as promised via the 20 percent method. So if they had a lower cost, more players would use this method over courier.

Using a courier gives them lag time if they need it, anyone can write a rubber check and blame processor problems...but fail to xfer money instantly and word will spread like wildfire (see betphoenix)

All of this said, heritage is one of a few books I would trust with US facing. They will get you paid, but they need to have precautions in place to avoid a potential blowup.

Books don't hold all their funds in one spot and it can be tricky getting cash out at times.

Someone want to bet a lot of these books didn't have money lost in the stock market these past 2 weeks. Face it, we don't know where these guys hide their cash and never will. Reputations are all we have to go on, and heritage has an A level reputation.

Are you saying that Heritage is demanding to see your ID for more that a $799 withdrawal?
Or that the company you're receiving the money thru - **/** - is demanding the ID if you're receiving more than $799?

Question for players who had their balance transferred from the Greek to Heritage and then withdrew from Heritage - is Heritage asking for ID?
