    Problem with BookMaker B2B

So I call Bookmaker asking about what books they transfer with, they tell me Greek.

I ask CS if B2b's are eligible for reload bonii, she asks manager, says yet. OK, what reload is my account eligible for? "Thanksgiving reload." Cool, Ill work on sending you a B2b soon, thanks.

B2B arrives at BookMaker, I call in to request bonus. CS tells me they don't give bonus on B2B. I explain previous conversation to her, she says it doesn't matter, even if I was told that they will not honor it. I ask to talk to supervisor.

He says they will listen to tape, but only to reprimand CS, not give me bonus. I say ok, please reverse the transfer. He says there will be a fee.

I think I am entitled to the bonus, and at a minimum a free reversal of transfer due to their misrepresentation.

I haven't filled in a complaint form, probably should, wanted to know what you guys thought first.

    Thanks

It's always best to get an email clearance or speak with a line manager before proceeding with these types of matters.

Evidently, they are having a lot of customer service problems today. I have been on the phone with them for over 2 hours. Just opened an account.. same as you. Told about the bonus + they have another special for Thanksgiving where you get $100.00 in casino chips. There is no way to track it and if you do not do 25X they will take the $100 away when you do a withdrawl. Well.. the question of course is why can you not track it. For such a good sportbook, they better start getting their facts straight. I do hope SBR looks into their problems. SBR is the reason a lot of us open accounts with these brokers.
Maybe they are just having a bad day, but they are not helping ours.

So what should I do now. Cause I wanted to move the greek money to an account with bonus, not get charged the $100 fee?

there is nothing you can do

do not expect help from sbr

do not follow dan's advice as bookmaker line managers are the dumbest people on earth

next time i'd ask at the forums first to see what the actual rules are and then still expect to get screwed. in this case though, we could have told you that they wont give a bonus on a b2b no matter what cs actually told you.
