    One other thing to consider:

To illustrate Jazzette does not want to identify its related companies, please see the chat below with a BetUSA representative on 8/16/2011. SBR shows they are related; but their rep denies it.

You are currently customer 1 in queue. An agent should be available in 0 Minutes.
Hello, my name is Sandra Carlton. I'll be assisting you today.
Jake: Do you take U.S. players?
    Jake: hello
    Sandra Carlton: Hello Jake.
Sandra Carlton: I am pleased to inform you that we do accept members from USA>
Jake: Are you a Jazzette company?
Sandra Carlton: The site is owned and operated by Domain Holdings Limited. It is legally authorized to conduct online gaming operations by the Government of Antigua and Barbuda and operates under license as Gaming Ventures Limited.
Jake: No offense, that does not answer my question. I have had problems with jazzette b4. Are you associated with sportsbook.com? Same question, i think.
Jake: I am looking for a new sportsbook, just want to be sure I do not wind up with the same company.
Sandra Carlton: I can only confirm that we are part of Domain Holdings Limited not Jazzette.
Jake: you cannot tell me whether you provide services fro sportsbook.com?
Sandra Carlton: We do provide customer services to Sportsbook.com however both sites are different companies.

No one who has "resigned" from sports.com could possibly learn of their relationship to sportsbook.ag unless they ask exactly the right question...and then the customer service rep denies it anyway. It proves that, most likely, I deposited in good faith without any effort from Jazzette to inform me (even by way of public disclosures) of the corporate relationship sportsbook.ag is clinging to in their argument (as a sister book and successor to sports.com) and when taking my money. I just signed up with 5 Dimes and I was informed of the names of all of their sister books from the jump (first online chat).

Jazzette wants the whole world to take their word they are "a responsible" book just looking out for problem gamblers (who happened to win $7K off of them) when in truth they run like a cloak and dagger conglomerate that robs anyone it can with any cracked rationale they can find.

This is theft. Pure and simple theft.

First off, I can send an email from any email address I choose. You just put it in the send field. Anyone could have sent that.

Second, even if he did send the email he sent it to sports.com. NOt his responsibility to know sportsbook.com is the same company.

Third they took the bets and need to honor them.

The people who run Sportsbook are a joke.

The guy opens an account, makes 7000 dollars in 1 day, and they give him a BS excuse. Seriously, who would tell CS to close their account for gambling problems when theyve won 7000 dollars.

Sportsbook must become an F. D- is too generous.

Financial Services Regulatory Commission reports they have all documentation from sportsbook.ag and they will decide soon.

Wonder why sportsbook.ag would not provide me with the documentation?

    Stay tuned.

These guys have stolen so much money why isnt' it surprising that they might make up some story about "problem gambling?" I know a guy with a very common name having a bit of a problem collecting a jackpot that required a tax form because they had a guy with the same name on the self-exclusion list and didn't have a SSN for the other guy. The guy I know did get paid but it took a couple weeks.

    If you dig long enough....

For those of you following my little drama, found one, lone email in my files about sportsbook.com. For those that have been along for the ride, they say I permanently resigned from sports.com....and that resignation carries over to sportsbook.com even though they was no public or private disclosure of the relationship between the two web sites.

Post #36 above shows where I asked them this type of question last week and got a full denial about the relationship between Jazzette companies. Today, I found an email where I asked sportsbook.com in 2009 to inactivate my account. No request to terminate, no indication from them I will be inactivated elsewhere.

In it, they also emphasize how sad they are to see me go and comeback anytime! So I come back, win $7,030 and they they say "Hey, we are related to sports.com so we are going to take all your winnings for you now"

What credibility? C'mon Financial Services Regulatory Commission!

Nope, just asked they inactivate it. No explanation for the inactivation ever sought or provided.
Inactivating was normal for me at the end of a season, if I am trying a different book or if I am getting slow paid (usually the last one).

On the slow pay part, I really think SB was having issues; but they did not mind the float they got having that cash in the bank for two months nor did they mind that some customer may put their winnings back at risk when SB would redeposit an "unprocessed" payment back into a player's account. When they would claim a "processor error", I would resubmit the day I was notified and sometimes inactivate the account as soon as it looked like the money was back in the queue. Looking back on the B.S., I am amazed at what I put with just for the familiarity of the vendor.

Just went with 5 Dimes, cannot wait to see if the service/payments are everything described on this board.

Is there something I'm missing here, why would you deactivate your account just because it's end of season ?

Personal preference, if I'm done for the year I'm done for the year. Hate hoops and like to feel I have closed the books (and may get a break from email solicitations).

I did deactivate once or twice when they started dumping money back in my account when they should have been paying me or at least putting the payment back in the queue. Just making a "dissatisfied customer" statement from my end and I am sure no one noticed. May not make sense to you TG, but they were pissing me off and inactivating the account made me feel like I was doing something.

I can see valid reasons to inactive an account, both to stop receiving emails from the site, and to keep someone from being able to hack into the account and find personal information. Sportsbook.com stole from me years ago so I haven't had a funded account there in almost 4 years, but they still send me emails asking to come back every month or so, and don't respond to my unsubscribe requests.

Anyone still subscribed looking for the endgame...I never got paid. Government sided with the book, though saying that the book is being investigated for other complaints.

Sportsbook.com is not a gambling site, it is a disease.

Not to sound like a shill, but I moved to 5Dimes and there is no comparison.
