Sportingbet has blocked my account and no refunds

Hello Sportingbet has blocked my account and refused to return the money (about 4,500 U.S. dollars)
    Now, details:
Opened an account at sportingbet and made a deposit of $ 500 on July 15, 2011 Moneybookers. They sent me a letter July 17:
Congratulations on your first winning bet with Sportingbet!

Now you’ve got the knack, why not try and continue your good run with a bet on one of this week’s top sporting events?

There’s currently 2811.95 USD in your account, and, with our huge range of markets and competitive prices across all sports, we’re sure you’ll find another winning opportunity soon.

Did a lot of bets in sportingbet and almost all winning. Reached the point that the account was about $ 11,000. After that, I reduced the maximum amount of interest (it was $ 1,000 and was $ 80). After that I ordered to pay $ 5,000 and got them to your Moneybookers July 31. Then a few days lost about $ 1,500. And I decided that it makes no sense to keep sportingbet about $ 5,000, if I can put $ 80 on one occasion.

Ordered chopped $ 4,000. Money is not there. August 5 was unable to log into your account. Posted in live chat. Russian-speaking representative said that the decision to close my account and take my money. He did not have access to the account, because opened an account in the English-language version of the site. It seems he was told that matched the IP address. And to further the conversation gave me the phone and the English-speaking representative sportingbet email address. I called, but said by telephone that the matter can not be solved. They told me to write the post.

I sent the letter, came a response, decided to block the account without refund. the reason for the lock does not say anything.
The fact that the official said the Russian-speaking sportingbet (which coincided with a score of other IP-adress is nothing surprising. In Ukraine, the IP-address is not constant, every time you change address.
Also, I made several bids from Internet cafes. Even if this is the case, then I do not know and could not know that someone did with sportingbet rates from this internet cafe. But it is likely that invented the phrase sportingbet IP, so as not to part with their money
I only have one account in sportingbet. Never before have these accounts I never opened. I am sure that my rates have not been made with other accounts and the IP which coincided with the representative sportingbet (if it actually coincided.) Documents in sportingbet I did not post because I did not ask about it.
There are no bonuses in sportingbet I did not get.
I regard the refusal to pay the money as revenge for the win. "The customer is the one that makes good money and bad one that takes them"

    Here is the complaint form:

    http://www.sportsbookreview.com/Spor...Complaint.aspx

It is likely that it is the internet cafe's that screwed you over. Maybe someone used an internet cafe to commit fraud against them.

It is very unlikely, but I know SportingBet has ties to Ligastavok. Maybe you have an account there and they did not like you having a sportingbet account as well... Very unlikely but explore all possibilities.
    Good luck!

I myself have not made clear in letters to the cause. I asked several times about the reason. Response had not yet received. The coincidence of IP addresses written to me in live chat. This is a letter I have not kept

this brings up good questions if you use different computers (internet cafe/friends house/school) ones that don't match your homes IP adress are you asking for trouble?

I guess it does if it matches the IP of another player at the same bookie.

Books always offer referral bonuses, so what if you refer a friend and then one day you're watching the game at his house and want to bet on a halftime line from his computer. they'd shut your account down?

It's very unfortunate, as no sportsbook should get away with stealing players funds. However with that being said, you still need to do research before signing up with any book. If you did research, you would have known that Sportingbet is a D+ book at best & should not to be trusted with your deposit.

Clearly not the "innocent until proven guilty" one, but rather "suspicious because he is russian". He is the one that moans about his contributions to this forum all the time lately, yet he comes up with that as his first response to the thread.

Please don't try putting words in my mouth.

If you wish to pursue this subject then don't look to me. Talk to some bookies instead.

I'm sorry, of course, did not pay attention to the rating sportingbet. But I read a lot about them positive on Russian forums. I thought that if they have russkuzh slezhbu support, you should know about and problemma IP address in the Ukraine. Both my home IP changes after each entry in the Internet and a portable modem IP is changing ...
As for the bonus for the friend - I did not receive the bonus or any other bonus.
I completely agree, if the IP address matched one who invited a friend and another IP address (if they have received for this bonus), it is logical to deny the two players' bonuses, but also not all the other money from the account, and the only bonus. But I have another option...

I primarily associate the lock with my account with $ 500 win 10000 Cham least 1 month. The fact that sportingbet not ask for my documents to verify my identity that only supports my point. But even a good thing that they do not have my documents, and then another would say that the account was opened before me and I again sent the same documents. I do not rule out such an option would

Are you saying that you haven't provided any ID documentation to Sportingbet ?

If that's the case I can understand that they would block your account until you do.

They are required by the terms of their licence and the law of the land to do so. And those conditions are surely stated on their website and need to be complied with whether or not you've received any specific request from them.

They have locked his account without any request to have his documents sent to them, nobody is questioning his ability to send them and I truly believe that he already knows that most bookmaker require docs before payout.
