What's the deal with Pinnacle? Yesterday I tried to change my password, but the selections I made from my password stockpile were ones I had previously used in my years at Pinnacle. No bother, as I simply decided I'll leave things for now and try later.

However, now I can't access my account. I submitted lost login details and was informed that a temporary password would be sent immediately and to contact Pinnacle if this was not the case after half an hour. Password didn't arrive; I emailed them this fact, but still nothing and still no account access. Would phone them, but the 1-800 number SBR has listed under contact info is long, long gone.

No doubt they've scaled back their North American response team (I'm Canadian) but is this par for the course when trying to get in touch with them? (As I've rarely had to do so).

Not happy as the lines open across the board for today.....
