I responded to your PM and was wondering if you had planned on contacting me.
I want to make it clear I posted on SBR because I just got too frustrated, and I felt i was being treated like my business meant nothing to your company.
In light of your post indicating that you were on holiday first learned of my situation earlier today, I genuinely feel bad about that.
I would be happy to let the SBR community know that we were able to put this behind us and I was returning to BetOnline.
