    Pinnicle stole my money!

    I filed a complaint with SBR after getting nowhere with SBR.

    I made a live soccer bet, and my team scored two seconds after the bet was made by pinnicle's account, so they refuse to payout even though my team won 3-0. The odd thing is that they kept my money when the opposite had a week earlier.

    I and everyone else should stay away from pinnicle. This is just one of many problems that I have had with pinnicle.

    How much evidence have you accumulated? You need no holes in your claim, b/c you are dealing with pinny. Their word against your, and well you know who wins.

    This sounds like a live betting 'safe zone' issue, and his description seems in line with Pinnacle's past practice; they aren't alone in it, but that doesn't make it (morally) right.

    Pinnacle's live soccer rules are pretty clear and make sense. But if the exact same thing happened to you on a losing bet, I would think they should refund that one. Key word being EXACT

    i made a live soccer bet like that too, betting the under in a game, seconds after confirming my play, i looked at the score and i already lost, 2 goals scored. told myself had i bet the over they would have voided the bet. i did not file anything or complain cause i know it would be waste of time. they r all ways right. u cant beat them. i just made my loss back with future bets. swallow it and move. learn ur lesson

    If they don't void loosing bets when a goal is scored seconds after the confirmation as well, then this is really a scam..
    which hurts to say about a book like Pinny. But if they do this, it is an outright scam.

    live bets with pinny can be a bit shady , they will voided bets if a team score 1min after the bet was made they call it the safe zone .
    You will not have a case because theyr live betting rules are against the players.

    Never been shady with me... Once I bet a side live only for them to get scored on minuted later and the bet was voided. I normally stay away from their live betting, I much more prefer sports interaction for live betting.

    As has been said - their live betting rules are fairly straight forward. Any serious live bettor would do well to stick with exchanges.

    you can try to go a complaint route and they may agree to honour the bet, BUT at the cost of closing your account. your call

    This happens sometimes... that's why you have to bet only at Betfair, where there is fix countdown (5-8 seonds), at the asian books you don't know when will they accept the bet, maybe immediatly, maybe just 2 mins later. Also at the pinnacle, you don't receive confirmation message, or anything. I think it's a joke, so don't bet on live soccer at pinnacle.

    thanks all! it took them months, and dozens of emails and a few emails. I think it helped that I cashed out and refused to play again until resolved. I doubt it would have mattered if I didnt already have their money.

    In the meanwhile, I played at William Hill, and others, but William Hill is a scam. I was suppossed to get a $100 bonus for being a Canadian, but I never got it. I only joined after reading about the bonus on SBR recommended books. I filed a complaint with SBR as they refuse saying I should have entered the bonus code, which I did. When I told them I would be filing a complaint with SBR, my account was frozen or something. Luckily, I only put a hundred in there to get the bonus, but I did win my first bet, which is gone I guess. I am waiting for SBR, but SBR did not respond to my claim about the earlier problem with pinnacle, so I am not holding out hope. 5 dimes is good, but back to pinnicle I guess.

    Why dont u use Bet365 for live betting or Bwin? You have many others with special live platform what is great. Pinnie is top book when it come to safety and odds,but they are not top notch when it comes to in play betting.

    I agree with this completly. Bet365 is the best for live betting, without question. I love Pinny, but I rarely but live games with them... usually only if im watching the match. better to bet at the half or intermissions for hockey, basketball, etc.
