hi everyone 5 days ago i had my account disabled my 888poker and got an email saying that my account had been disabled because i had another account with them,which i do but i signed up about a year ago and forgot username and password,so i decided to make a new account
but didnt take there 8 free because i took it last time.
So in the email i received they wanted me to send my document id,utility bill, etc which i did 4 days ago but i have not got a reply and the account still disabled i have sent them about 5 emails without reply and i also have nearly 1k in the account has any1 had a experience with their cs thanks in advance
