Was playing their casino blackjack tonight and the software lagged and I hit the hit command instead of stand. I'd really appreciate if Bet Online would credit me one time if there is anyone out there who can help with this matter. It was around $16, I know many are going to say that's nothing, but it's the principle more than the losses.

They are submitting a loss bonus request, but I don't know if I'm going to qualify. Anyone out BOL out there who will make this right?

never had a problem with the caisno but the poker room shuts down all the time and I have 4 friends that play too and they all experience it too. I had pocket kings before on a $5/10 limit heads up game and it did it after I ran the pot upto $300 after the river card, I have had thier software close on me dozens of times accesing my account at friends houses etc!, they shouldget their act together.
