    Working for an Offshore book

I was just thinking- are there careers available in offshore books in central america? Anybody know where a college educated and sharp bettor would be able to start as far as job position goes? Seems like the best way to get to know the industry if you want to run an offshore book someday...

anyone have any experience or insight on this topic?

I do have experience and unless you can bring a package of bettors over you will find nothing. Anything you can do operationally there are ten Ticos with ten years of experience who can do it better. On top of that, residency papers are harder than ever to come by in CR and books are less willing than they used to be to take a chance on an undocumented immigrant.
