    I've never heard of Kraken banning anyone, but I suppose one never knows.

    Kraken specify illegal gambling is banned but not gambling totally.

    I havent heard of anyone being asked about usage by them either.

    I do this all the time, but for payouts I take the blockchain route. Never had an issue.
