I can only admire William Hill's customer service representatives for putting up with someone whining and bitching about a 9 euro withdrawal. Online books would really serve themselves well to establish reasonable minimums to weed out people like this as its always the $5 bettors screaming the loudest about withdrawal procedures. Morchiladze, you're acting like this 9 euro is all the money in the world to you. NOBODY can be that poor and still gamble.

Getting documents notarised is going to cost money even aside from these travel costs. Does WillHill explain these requirements when you open your account? If not then I would consider this an unreasonable request. I also would refuse to do it - not because of the cost but because I have other things to do then running into town and making an appointment to get some scans notarised.
