Spoke with public relations guy for Oklahoma US District Attorney's office, where indictment originated, on Friday. He didn't hear back from the folks in Boston on Friday, either. Guessing we'll hear something Monday.

A magistrate is handling it? They can't be taking it too seriously.

              This

Generally, a magistrate is used for smaller crimes. While still a felony..its not something likely to merit a long term sentence.

Magistrates are also used when dealing with specialty areas of criminal law and could be a move by the feds to bring in a more sympathetic soul to the bench who will grant some leniency in wiretaps and evidence..under the guise of cost savings.

If I was Spiros, I wouldn't go about planning any victory parties just yet.

Still a lot to be heard here and this administration is a wild card. 6 years ago, we celebrated Democratic wins...now they're doing more harm than W ever did to the industry.

I thought Spiros left the Greek a couple of years ago to take care of his ill mother? I hope all is well.

According to court documents, Spiros was released on $1,000,000 secured bond.

I predicted their switch to nonconformist rotation numbers was a bad move. Little did i realize just how bad. Pissed off some degen fed. Let that be a lesson to other books.

Is it just me or did the Greek lower their MLB Moneylines on gameday from 10k to 3k in the span of 2 weeks?
