Withdrawal problems at BET3000, requested withdrawal at 20-06-2011 for €3750.

My first withdrawal of €550 took 1 day 14-06-2011 received 15-06-2011 (SEPA transfer).....and now the first message from BET3000 was that I would get them 3-5 days, then when that passed they told me 5-7 days...and now on the 7 day....still no money !!

Have checked with my Bank....they say that SEPA transfer take max 2 days inside EU

Calm down, mate. Bet3000 is a huge company, they will ALWAYS pay. There's nothing to worry about. Wait until next week and you will get your money.

Then just say..."NO we have not processed your withdrawal"....instead of making some BS story up 5-7 days transfer time....we are not living in Africa...If I can transfer from DK --> BG in 2 days...so can they !

Maybe they spend a little to much on that boxing sponsership this weekend

You requested a withdrawal on monday, now it's sunday, so it's been only 5 working days. That's absolutely NOTHING. And certainly not worth opening a thread titled WARNING. I also requested withdrawals from them and it took a few days longer. In the end, they always pay, and I'm not aware of any player who hadn't been paid. Bet3000 are as legit as it gets very solid book, with lots of betting shops, they advertise on TV, they have powerful investors behind them.

Let's make one thing clear....BET3000.com started in 2009.....so its 2 years.....in my book thats a very young company.....

And second.....here is it Monday work day ending soon....so my guess is, that you are from North America...And there I can uderstand 5-6 days transfer time.

I have put it as warning, because I hate when people lie, and its a lie when they one day say 3-5 days...and next time its 5-7 days...and when asked for transfer order number and time, so my bank can trace them if missing. I get no answer !!

Of course it's not nice when they fail to meet their payment schedule. But I wouldn't call this "lying". Lying would imply that they had financial problems or other reasons to deliberately delay your payment. But that's not the case, as I already mentioned, they are financially safe and sound. It's probably some extra identity and safety checking going on because it's a bigger amount or you're a new player. Or it's a processor issue, who knows. Only thing I know is you will get paid, period. So no need to worry!

The point in all this must be....tell ALWAYS the truth to your clients.

Today in the morning we got the information that no withdrawal was sent on the 20th of June due to technical problems.
We´ve sent the money today again.
It should be on your bank account on Thursday.

Issues can happen at every bookie.....you received a very big sum in a very small time.....a lot of bookies would stall you a lot more with this big withdrawal....so IMHO you should praise them, not call them liars...

Stop once...please....they are telling me 3-4 times on emails that they have paid......so thats a lie !!!

What has this online gambling become, should I be greatful for getting my winnings.... NO way...they should thank me for trying to lose or win at them.

I have hereby played my last online play/casino and more.....DON'T NEED THAT STRESS....and maybe when one day the gambling sites behavior changes I'll be back.
