It seems like a very wishy washy excuse. Kinda like a scam book would reason.
If they paid once on that account and the next deposit won without even a bonus being added then they need to pay the guy what he is owed and then if they want close the account.
They can't wait till he wins on his next deposit and then say nope your cheating us we no pay. Total scammers

1Bet is now CLOSED while ACBet new guys really looks like 1Bet.Same site style same urisdiction.
