Hi I am newcomer here and I wanted to share with you my story. A few days ago I opened an account with Betsson and because I like livebetting, so I bet two bets. The latter was Wickmayer @ Vinci vs. 1.55 for 400EUR. Money from their account to me written off, but my history showed no such ticket. So I contacted livechat support, where I was told that my ticket was approved. I took it as a fait accompli. After Vince won a ticket and I walked out of my money even after three hours do not add. So I contacted support again and then my other agent replied that no such ticket in the system see. So I told him that I ever I see a transaction ID bets that the avoidance of 400EUR me and now I do not add anything. He asked me to wait, that will contact their support of and send me an email. Then I email the support from learned that my ticket was canceled! I replied that I answered their agent, the ticket that I was approved, so what?
