    SBG Global: Good and Bad

Recently had success at SBG Global, rated D- on here. Used a ** withdrawal for $250 and was able to pick it up within 2 days. Although the fees for depositing and withdrawing are a little absurd, I think it deserves a little better rating.
I also read some stuff on here about them possibly banning US accounts...
Not sure whether to stay with them or look for another book.
    What are your guys thoughts?

Well, Lou posted a message this morning saying you could only sign up through their live chat and they were deceiving people. However, that was not the case for me, upon reading it on the board, i just wanted to test it out for myself and I was able to register online through the normal process. they told me they have nothing in their plans on not having us customers. at least thats what they are saying publicly.

SBG has mugged its biggest players in the past. A book can pay 99% of its players, but if it robs its biggest winners, it is much more profitable.

I don't know of SBG stealing from anyone owed small amounts -- it is mostly 5-figure+ stuff.

I apologize if I overlooked your dispute. Looking back, I see your complaint. Were you one of several players that had wagers voided on that racing event?

Never saw a post of anyone else having bets voided on that particular race and think it was just me.

My one and only time playing with a garbage book like SBG and learned my lesson the hard way.

This thread is funny, if you bet baseball, like bonuses and off market lines, SBG is fine, they pay quickly as well with bankwires, only problem is they wont wire more than 5k at a time, $40 a wire, but other than that, I am a fan.

You find it funny when a book steals from players?

Let me know when they screw you over and I will laugh about it with you.

Bingo. If you win they will label you a syndicate or sharp and void all action and winnings.

You shouldn't have to worry about getting on a hot streak and whether you get paid or not. That's not something I want to worry about when betting. SBG is NOTORIOUS for doing this to winning players. If you are betting $50-$100 a game you probably don't have much to worry about. If you want to bet $500 or $1000+ then I would suggest you not win. In which case SBG will treat you like a king.
