SBR's position on E-Wallet Withdrawals
More and more books these days are refusing to process my withdrawal via the method I deposit - usually Moneybookers.
Even though said books list the ewallet under their withdrawal method, when I go to withdraw they change their tune saying no we only can give you blah blah blah.
What is SBR's position on this? If I want to be paid via a method they list as an option I feel I should get my money this way. Should I be filing a complaint in these cases to get paid how I want to?
Their position is they donīt care if the book is advertising here (see BetPhoenix-WagerChief etc inability to pay MB-NT for months at a time). If the banner comes down they might say something but not if the book is offering payout via other method.
Care to mention which books said this to you?
one is bookmaker, but they offer neteller, so not a big issue

Many books do this. Its a huge PITA.
SBR has waffled on this issue. I doubt they'll make a blanket statement.

Books probably don't want to keep large $s in these wallets as they have no idea which one will get frozen next.
How can the US freeze MB is this even possible? What is their reasoning for a well funded book such as BM unable to process MB?

This only seems to be an issue with books that primarily focus on the US market. Those that have lots of customers from elsewhere get regular moneybookers deposits and tend not to have such issues.

For example you can have Neteller as USD-account and ***** in Euros. From now you can send money from ***** to NETELLER so its interesting for many punters.

You'll usually get the tin-foil hat answers to threads like these, but the truth is if a sportsbook for some reason can accept your MB deposits and not pay you out the same way, SBR would ask the sportsbook to present an alternate withdrawal option at the same cost to you. In the BetPhoenix examples durito cites, players who wished to provide banking information were sent bank wires at no charge to them. Many chose to simply wait for the eWallets that they knew were underfunded because it's really the only method they were willing to entertain.
Re: whether you should file a complaint. Has the book made a reasonable effort to inform you of alternate withdrawal options?

Most sites will let you withdraw to NT if you deposit via that method, but MB....
The books that service the US as well as places that take MB may have problems just like they do with other processors. Its rarer but it is the same main issues for them. Without going into detail, they aren't intending on holding the ewallets as low priority.
Advertising them for months on end while pretending to offer the service is a different story. Books that have no intention of funding their ewallets beyond what comes in that way, are misleading players intentionally. They need to update their sites. This is how Jazz and Phoenix got their first downgrades.
