    Hey fellas,

Hope someone can answer me, what are the rules specific for Quebec? How easy to transfer money, etc?

    All info appreciated.

    Thanks.

They don't react at all . You can tell them that all of your transactions for gambling purposes , they don't care NOR such a low exist against this . No reason to hide.

just like everyone here said, get a Moneybookers account. You can deposit with them using your CC and withdraw directly to your bank account. Don't have to send docs to the book because your transactions are verified. I use my BMO ** for deposits and BMO chequing account for withdraws. It is so simple to set up you will have NO payout complaints at all. Living in Canada is great that way

I thought the OP was saying Canada "rulez" in online gaming. Compared to the US, hell yes it does.

How come Neteller doesn't allow Canadian players to make Online Gambling Transactions?

When they were forced to pull out of the US gambling market a few years back, they pulled out from Canadian gambling market as well.

The only excuse they ever gave me was that they were unable to prove to US authorities that Canadian players were in fact Canadian players, and not US players using fake addresses etc.

Of course there are ways they could do this, its routine in the gambling industry to request proof of residence documents, track IPs etc.

Reading between the lines at that time, I believe they panicked. Neteller owners and shareholders were perhaps located in the USA or something.

No problem. I move money from RBC <--> moneybookers/insta.debit and they don't blink.

Gambling income is not taxed in Canada either.

It is classed as windfall income and you do not pay tax on it, you are not even required to report it.

No question that Canada is in a position to take advantage of current climate. Lets hope so.
