Since UIGEA and DOJ ban hammer..USA choices should be down to these two

The Bookmaker and The Greek family sites. Nothing else....Poker stars demonstrated their solidity by paying their customers...Full tilt drags their feet once again.

In the area of sportsbooks, other than the two mentioned brands...do you really feel safe anywhere else if you get really lucky and hit a big score....

I dont anymore. Even on a site that has treated me very well like Intertops...I would worry if I ever hit it big.....

no offense but the original poster's reasoning doesnt make sense to me... the government went directly for the BIG companies in online poker.. my inclination is to think they would also go for BIG Sportsbooks if they ever went to shut them down. none of the smaller poker rooms/software was touched..

if the same were true for sportsbooks where the big would fall and small would survive I dont understand why in that instance would playing at the biggest names be the smartest thing to do? heh

    just food for thought

I told you guys long ago that 5Dimes was never to be trusted. BetJamaica is my everyday book, they are still solid, I mess with the Greek also, the rest can kick rocks.

FullTilt does NOT have the money to process U.S. withdrawals and that is the reason why they are dragging their feet.

All of the non U.S. players that continue to play there are NUTS and they are unnecessarily putting their funds at risk.

I would recommend to them to request a full withdrawal of their player balance and move over to PokerStars and wait for FullTilt to fully pay U.S. players.

I agree, they would want to target books with a lot of players. Can do more damage that way. Smaller books are probably safer.

Most dangerous ones are the ones that advertise in the US on the radio. Not a smart move.

Just that you have no chance of winning if you only use those 2 sharp and full juice books, why not throw your $$$ outta the window...faster and less painful.

I'd add Heritage to the list of safe books... but def cant go wrong with Bookmaker and Greek affiliated books.

Did the government actually target the sites though? They had a guy who was going to go to prison for a long time on other charges and he just happened to help the 3 big sites set up their banking. If he didn't squeal, those sites still offer games to American players. Perhaps my understanding of what happened is off though as I've been pretty busy with other things lately.

What would be your site if your playing under $100 dollar a game? And only have 1-2k at the book? I really don't like full juice sites.
