    Moneybookers FSA licence expired!

First I want to apologize but I didn't know where to write this so if this is the wrong section
moderator please move this thread to the right.

    I want to warn people.
They terminated my account without any good reason.
I was using my account only for sports betting and poker.
Now they don't want to answer why they closed my account.
Well after so many years from 2003 I'm really angry.

I called FSA about my case.

They said that moneybookers licence is expired!

I have also other friends with the same problem but they took form them 150eur for terminating the account. You have that in the rules!!!! They can take up to 150 for
    closing account fee.

    Nothing to see here, folks.

In case you're actually serious that you believe that Moneybookers isn't regulated, and you're not just a scamming multi-accounter with an axe to grind, Moneybookers is now regulated under the e-money scheme: http://www.fsa.gov.uk/register/2EMD/...rRegister.html

They got transferred over on 3 May, hence why they are no longer regulated on the other scheme you mention. The e-money scheme is new, not some shady attempt to have reduced regulation.

If they find cause to close your account it would be because (at least allegedly)you've breached their rules or the law in someway. That means an investigation and paperwork which costs time and money.
