No, they told me that I get it after the 10X rollover-I hit the rollover and called-that's when they told me the agent put me on the reduced juice thing, but I distinctly remember telling him I didn't want that because I don't use it. Then the customer service person tried to tell me that I couldn't get the bonus because of the way I funded my account-I funded it through checking acct..I got 2 different stories from 2 different people and they both lied..Their customer service was non existant for me
