    5 Dimes are a bunch of liars

    I don't know how they get such a high rating..When I signed up I was supposed to get a 50% free play after a 10X rollover, I hit the rollover and asked them for the bonus and they guy acted like I didn't know what I was talking about..He said I signed up for the reduced juice porgram and I only play sports where there is no reduced juice..I remember telling the agent that when I signed up and all of a sudden when it's time for my bonus they lie about what I signed up for...and the customer service agent was absolutely worthless-he basically called me a liar..I know what I signed up for...I wouldn't do business with them--beware! they'll screw you if they get the chance

    For future reference anytime you accept a deposit bonus from a sportsbook you will receive the bonus as soon as your funds hit your account not after.

    i never used the reduced juice , and they went back a few months and gave me a cashback, i found the customer service to be pretty good, i think they just put everybody on reduced juice, but if you ask i am sure they will change it for you, atleast in my case they did

    not really corect ... there are books who will not give you the bonus until you rollover your first deposit 1,2 or more times

    No, they told me that I get it after the 10X rollover-I hit the rollover and called-that's when they told me the agent put me on the reduced juice thing, but I distinctly remember telling him I didn't want that because I don't use it. Then the customer service person tried to tell me that I couldn't get the bonus because of the way I funded my account-I funded it through checking acct..I got 2 different stories from 2 different people and they both lied..Their customer service was non existant for me

    Plus I think there is a 30 day hold your initial deposit if you take a bonus. You are much better taking reduced juice if you play sports that they offer reduced on.

    10x rollover and not receiving your freeplay until after you have completed the rollover is a terrible bonus offer you will be far better off in the long term with reduced juice even if you rarely use it.

    flashmo,if you did not use any reduced lines, ask to talk to tony. do not piss him off, just talk calmly and tell him the truth. cs may have just made a mistake and put you in the wrong program. reduced juice is the best program there, but if your not going to use it, it's not right for you. you can change programs once. ---------it's worth a shot. talk to tony. you may get your bonus, if you did not use even 1 reduced juice line. good luck

    still a terrible bonus offering compared to reduced juice, even if you do not bet many sports on reduced juice. If all you bet is ping pong, darts, and props Tony is going to limit your account if you win consistently anyways.
