A problem with betoto:

The match in question: Milos Raonic vs Igor Andreev
2 bets on (Correct Score (Set 2, Game 8)) Raonic to win his serve to 15 or 30.
Betoto validated it Raonic win to 0

But is not correct! I watched the match live and Raonic won it to 15.

I, then, sent them the statistics from 3 other bookmakers who offered live betting for this match and all pointed Raonic winning to 15.
I watched the match live and the progress was the following: 15-0 30-0 40-0 40-15 w-15
Betotos operator settled w-0

This was their last response on this matter.


In the meantime I contacted the officials from Estoril Open to find if they can give me a recording or some sort of proof.
After an e-mail exchange with their customer support rep., I received the official statistics, which confirmed my statement.


I sent all these to Betoto customer support.
They simply ignore it, serving me no response and no update.
