    Cheapest book to withdraw from?

I have a $5 unit, and like to withdraw amounts from $100-$400 at a time. What books will let me do this free or with a very low fee? So far, my biggest success was 5dimes.

All the best books offer free withdrawals (at least one per month).
I never pay withdrawal fees but I can use Moneybookers so I probably have an advantage.
Euro and Aussie books don't charge fees at all.
Greek is free if you've played there each of the 4 previous weeks.
Pinnacle offers one free withdrawal per calendar month.
    Matchbook is free.

agreed...I'd never pay for a withdrawal. Mainly play on Pinny and Matchbook and get free withdrawals there.

I am a very small online player....I think I'm going to avoid the chex thing for at least a while. What books are reasonable (5%or less on max allowed) person to person money transfer at least once a month?

For such low limit wagers, you should really find a local so you can save money on fees.

Asian bookies such as SBObet, 188bet, 12bet don't charge anything for withdrawals. The same case are Euro bookies except for Nordicbet that allows 1 free withdrawal per month like Pinny.

Sportsbetting.com offer great CASH bonuses and has Several FREE withdrawal methods. The rollover is very reasonable as well. I think it is 3X which is easy if you accept CASH bonus.
