We have it good in the UK

Reading many threads on here, I think punters in the UK have it good when it comes to sportsbooks. Yes they limit you if your not a total numpty, but I have never been stiffed, never been refused a bonus or has terms changed, and never suffered a book going bust or awol. I sincerely feel for anyone in the USA, what a total f'ing joke your government is LOL (and even it they legalise sports betting you gotta pay a horrific tax as well which is just a pisstake)

I have heard people in Britain winter go to work in the dark and come home in the dark.

Gambling wise just about every country is better than USA where the authorities have done a "job" on internet gaming.

In Australia, we can't bet "live in play", the only way we can make wagers live is over the phone, to me this is an inconvenience, but not as bad as you Yanks have it

That is weird one in Aussie. The punt is so much part of your culture. Surprised that in-running law has taken so long to get rid of.

    Bloody Govt!!!!
The only reason Betfair is even allowed to step foot in our country is the fact they pay through the absolute crapper in taxes to the govt.

true and as far as limits go you guys still have pinnacle, which is a legal book with an office in the u.k , i think. In canada we have stupid tax laws if you win once in a while it is a winfall and tax free ,
if you win small amounts over a long period of time , it is considered income, although many people have fought and won ,these cases
