    Longtime Bodog backer might be changing his mind

    Ok, so this will be kind of long, but a real good read for those of you who want to know how the service at Bodog is. Tis SHITTY


    I don't play there to much anymore since i have been with SBR. I do however deposit usually every couple months(mostly to remind myself why i don't play there more often) Lines are up a little earlier now but the service is maybe one of the worst in the business.

    So this is the story, i always in the past got cheques couriered when i withdrew. They now have a new option for me however (bank transfer) which is way easier than a cheque. So i sent them an email and they sent me back what i had to send them to make this happen and that is where the stupidity on their part began.

    So i send them what they ask for and they send this email back

    Dear Mr. ,

    Thank you for contacting Bodog Financial Services.
    We have received your email of the Bank Account Verification Form. The submitted information concerning your bank account is now verified.

    Your information has been forwarded to the relevant department and you will be updated within the next 4-12 hours via your registered email address on file.

    Great i thinks to myself, done and done..... But wait ohoh. 4- 12 hours goes past so i send them another email and this is what i get

    So guess what my complaint is???

    36 hours and counting and no email from them saying we are good to go and two emails to C.S have gone unanswered. Maybe they are hoping i will just keep betting and i will lose my money but this is brutal service and another reason why BODOG SUCKS

    I used to think high of Bodog because they advertise really well, but once I see how their lines are slower and more inflated towards the favorite, I wonder how I even played thousands there when I would have gotten more bang for my buck elsewhere.

    I am just like you, I rarely deposit there nowadays and am liking other books with quicker and lines with less juice

    Apparently i must be a security threat now. All i wanted was a bank transfer... wish i could just go back to the couriered cheque. WOW

    Talk about stall tactics. I told them i wouldn't make another bet until i can withdraw. They must think i only play with them(every 2 months) they are just hoping i will bet away my money so they don't have to pay

    Bodog is getting ******* brutal

    Why don't you use any of the million other services bodog has out there instead of their *************** services. Go and use Mypayqline. i have been using it the past few months, they take master **** checks and it does the transactions instantly. Also, they only charge you 5 dollars per check request to withdrawal,

    I was with BetJam for a while until their deposit method got wierd so i went back to bodog, I funded my account over the weekend with paylinque, and it went thru with no problem

    I am talking about WITHDRAWS

    If it was just deposits, I wouldn't be depositing there if it was this hard.

    I am talking about a different easier WITHDRAW method

    I noted in another thread this recent behavior by Bodog. The only reason its notable is that they used to be abt the fastest payout in the industry--by ewallet. An ewallet customer, who they had severely limited, was forced to sit thru a 3 day "review" before they paid him. I know this guy and he is no player. He would still be with them if not for this shabby treatment.

    They emailed me two hours ago and told me it was done.


    Went to withdraw.... No option

    Emailed again

    Now they tell me to call them to do it

    These guys are fuking clowns

    No wonder they are hated by so many

    They just don't understand if this was 4-12 hours like they said and not (3 days now) then i may have played there more. Not now.....Not ever

    Everyone is most certainly entitled to their own opinion, but referring to any of the bodog licensees as "scumbags" is just not accurate. I have spent a lot of time with the head of every bodog brand licensee and have been good friends with Calvin for 6 years now- they are all good people without criminal records of any sort.

    Regarding the payout process you are complaining of, the reason that all internet gaming companies need security checks prior to payouts is to ensure that nobody is inappropriately using the players cards for the initial deposit, ie identity theft. This means the security checks are primarily for the players protection- they are done at the payout stage for player convenience as during the deposit process most players are in a hurry to get a deposit in and start playing. Everyone in the industry uses basically the same method.

    I have been with this SHITTY book for many years and have already had MANY MANY withdraws. They have already done their "security" stuff, years ago

    This is blatant stall tactics no matter how you try and justify it. You should just read the OP complaint and not worry about anything else if your even going to bother to respond in MY post.

    Quik recap in case u dont want to read the whole thing

    I changed withdraw methods

    They said it would take 4-12 hours

    That expired

    Then said no more than 24 hours

    That expired

    Then said another 12 hours. That expired

    Then sent it to security for some reason and said 24 hours. That expired

    Remember now girls I have had over 20 withdraws with them already and been a customer for three years

    Finally they say it is done and the withdraw method has been re instated in my account.

    I go to withdraw. It hasn't been

    They tell me to call to withdraw.

    Now tell me again this is just normal for bodog?

    If it is or isn't. It is what I say. A shitty book with shitty service.

    in all seriousness i usually consider money in offshore accounts, funny money. i do 98% of my gambling business in vegas. its the better choice. until the gov. changes its laws on financing offshore accounts.

    if the government will change its stance. all the vegas casinos would become involved in internet gaming. there are already contracts for poker with full tilt and station casinos. if the law would ever change.

    if sports betting would be legal. you could go online and wager with the MGM. station casinos. have internet sports wagering right now. for nevada residents. or by telephone. if a computer is not handy. i can place a wager with them (stations) from work, when i'm busy. and can't go to them.

    I live in Vegas, and know three pro gamblers. They all have used BoDog for what its worth. Bang their Dog lines until you get kicked out, and then move on.

    Or you can do the smart thing, and have you and a friend both sign up. Then you guys set one account as a Dog, and the other as a fav account. Then when they switch up the lines on you, you guys swtich up the way you bet the accounts. Then you will both be kicked out after taken advantage of those crooks. Trust me I have dont it B4
