Ok, so this will be kind of long, but a real good read for those of you who want to know how the service at Bodog is. Tis SHITTY
I don't play there to much anymore since i have been with SBR. I do however deposit usually every couple months(mostly to remind myself why i don't play there more often) Lines are up a little earlier now but the service is maybe one of the worst in the business.
So this is the story, i always in the past got cheques couriered when i withdrew. They now have a new option for me however (bank transfer) which is way easier than a cheque. So i sent them an email and they sent me back what i had to send them to make this happen and that is where the stupidity on their part began.
So i send them what they ask for and they send this email back
Dear Mr. ,
Thank you for contacting Bodog Financial Services.
We have received your email of the Bank Account Verification Form. The submitted information concerning your bank account is now verified.
Your information has been forwarded to the relevant department and you will be updated within the next 4-12 hours via your registered email address on file.

Great i thinks to myself, done and done..... But wait ohoh. 4- 12 hours goes past so i send them another email and this is what i get

So guess what my complaint is???
36 hours and counting and no email from them saying we are good to go and two emails to C.S have gone unanswered. Maybe they are hoping i will just keep betting and i will lose my money but this is brutal service and another reason why BODOG SUCKS
