Yes they have free payouts for certain withdrawl types but you have to meet all their requirements in order to get it. The example of withdrawl charges on the website is:

Fees - Flat $15 USD charge - FREE - If the following conditions are met:
Previous deposit(s) were made through NETeller
A withdrawal of any type has not been made in the previous 14 days
The account has been open and wagers placed each week for the last 30 days

Live is too short your best option is to pay the fee.

It's free on Ewallet withdraws and a $35 flat fee on o/n checks (no free monthly payout on those types of withdraws).

I guess I should have stated that I reside in the US. So, it appears there is no free payout for US customers. Is this right?

Neteller & moneybookers refuse US customers. I can't say for instadebit, *************** or mycitadel, never used them. Postal check service fees are ridiculous (10$) if the service is fast, but i'm not sure couriered checks is the best payout method.
