using your criteria

1. - tied, both have similar funding options - both have a free payout option, 5D's is quicker, but limited to a lesser amount
2. 5D by a mile, BetJm has major sports and m/l on games as mentioned up to -400 or so, 5Dimes has a m/l on EVERY game (Greek, BetJm sister book is close in selection to 5Dimes, but higher juice)
3. close, depends really. 5D has reduced juice (-105 pricing on major sports) or a nice freeplay at signup.
