    eurobet.com & coral.co.uk

Signed up for a Coral acount, but I did not know that all their bonuses are only for UK residents ... after mailing them they told me I could sign up for an Eurobet acount (sister book),which ofc I did 4 days ago ... since then I sent 3 emails to Eurobet asking them about bonuses, required documents and other stuff and they responded only to my first email, 4 days ago ... no message from them for the past 3 days ... ofc, Coral is sending me messages almost everyday, but not Eurobet ...

Nothing new. I took bonus from eurobet, registered, made first bet and nothing. I wrote letters, and only got answers after 6-7 days and got the same auto replies. I got tired so just wrote the last letter, that i am sick of them and tommorow if i dont see bonus in my account, i am going to write to SBR with all evidences. Next morning i found bonus in my account and a apologising letter. I think thats the way to dealing with them.

I wrote Eurobet another email yesterday asking them if they will ever respond to my emails ... ofc no answer

I am wondering how are they even getting new clients if they are not even bothering to answer? I mean, I signed up, not made a deposit yet, I would probably, but if they are not even answering to some general information requests I wonder if they will ever answer to emails regarding payments problems ...

Eurobet loosers ... they have not answered my emails not even 10 days after I wrote to them ... should be downgraded to C at best for such a lousy CS

Agree with everyone else. Customer service can be weird but they are a supper safe place to play and have unique betting prices at times.

Responding to a new client's quoestions before making his first deposit sounds important to me ...

They already passed the "very very slow" point .... they are in the "very lame" area now.

    UPDATE

2 weeks after my first email they reply to me apologisin for the late response and asking me: "What do you want to know?" (after I already sent a few messages about it).

1 week later I receive a new email asking me if my questions are about Eurobet or about Coral ...

3 days later they sent me a new email saying asking for documents to unblock my account (first time I heard it is blocked) and saying that I am not eligible for any bonus.

... so ... EUROBET is a very nic book ...
