I signed up on Friday and Ive had the worst experience and its only been 3 days. The customer service is awful. The casino manager is awful. And my account rep Sal is awful. Every one of them said they were going to do something and they didnt. It may be small stuff to some but I believe customer service and your trust in a company is very important.
To start off, I had trouble depositing. I was told if I went and sent a ** I would get an extra $25 freeplay for my hassle. I did so. I took the 90% sportsbook freeplay bonus and the 60% casino bonus. I never got the $25 freeplay. I asked a couple different chat reps and my acct rep Sal repeatedly. They kept telling me it would be in within minutes. It has never arrived.
My casino balance messed up going from 190 to 30 because they screwed something up. In actuality I had a blalance of 297. The casino manager kept trying to tell me my balance was 191. He even sent me my play log. Even though the play log showed what I had won he still called me confused. Eventually he decided to "give me what i want", he still didnt believe me and told me he couldnt do this again if something happened. I have the play log, email, and will show anyone who wants to see. I was not confused and I dont appreciate being told so when they were wrong. After speaking to the casino manager he promised me a free entry to their blackjack tourney. i asked for this multiple time and still have not recieved it. THe tourney is over in 2 hrs and the manager is off until tomorrow. therefore i will not be receiving this as i was promised.
The bonuses are junk anyway, so if are enticed by 150 % like I was I would say stay away. You cant parlay or bet moneylines for the freeplay. The casino bonus u only get the difference between winnings and bonus. And if u dont watch ur balance it will move on you.
Bottom line is the customer service is terrible and the managers dont do what they say they will. Proceed at ur own risk.
