    There is a lot going on behind the scenes right now. Multiple forums are working to resolve this dispute fairly (where IMO the player gets paid). If we try every avenue available and we still can't resolve it, I am sure of one thing: I will recommend a drop to D+ to D range for the theft, and possibly another small downgrade for bad faith/lying during dispute resolution.
