    jesus some people are relentless with the bashing of this place. are the processing delays annoying? yes they are. but they are still paying same day via person to person, and no one has ever been stiffed by this book. Do they need to fix the check and wallet payout issues? absolutely....but the whole "sky is falling" vibe of this thread is uncalled for in my opinion. I will continue to play with them

    thegame24.... you are stupid if you play with them. They are a -105 book, that their rating is slowly being declined on SBR.

    One thing you can be pretty sure of, is when a book goes down in rating on SBR, is that they are having issues and probably things going on only they know. Get your money out and fast if you have any concern and wait at least a year to see what happens.

    On top of all that, it is not exactly the best time to be with any book that is not "A" or better. This time of year books hurt bad for money.

    My big issue isn't that they're slowpaying. They're refusing to even e-mail me a response from a manager. By "refusing" I mean have ignored repeated requests.

    ETA: "Big" is the wrong word. Unexpected and increasingly annoyed would be what I meant to say.

    Something's wrong here b/c I have repeatedly had Richard as well as a customer service clerk e-mail back and forth with me with regard to recent payouts that took longer than usual... and everything has been taken care. My most recent payout was debited from my account on 4/1 and arrived on 4/9.

    I believe what you're saying, just letting you know that some of us have actually received acceptable help with their recent payout issues and had said issues rectified to our satisfaction.

    NOTE: Again, I'm not here to encourage or discourage anyone to play there, just sharing my personal experience.

    I am expecting a payout this week. Even tho I really can't justify playing there, I hope to see Richard at the Bash and get a tour of their facilities. I owe him a beer at least.

    Though your request was for less, BetPhoenix management has confirmed you are being paid your balance today. Your pending bets will settle as normal, at which point you can request to be paid that amount.

    Did they report suspending my wagering (what I assume means effectively closing my account)? I think that is a pertinent piece of information for anyone who writes SBR about a slowpay.

    This appears to have processor issues written all over it. Would be nice to see Richard around again adding comfort to the situation. And yes the customer service is a crap shoot but still a good book to me.

    I received some good news from BetPhoenix today. After making a deposit a couple of months ago, and starting to worry about the safety of my funds after following this thread, I finished my roll-over and requested a payout by check for $500. A couple hours later, I get a call from BetPhoenix informing me that since their processing time is going to take longer than expected, and since the amount was so small, they would be willing to send me the money via person2person for free instead. Of course, I have not received the money yet, but I can see no reason for BetPhoenix to offer me the money even sooner than I was expecting it and then not follow thru since I would have happily kept quiet for another month if they had not contacted me. So, it looks like these delays are caused by processor issues. The book is perfectly willing to spend a little extra to get my money to me in a timely fashion. I think BetPhoenix customers are going to be just fine.
