I have zero on phoenix but hate to have about 1.5k on skybook. Recently I try to zeroed $50 account played opposite on BJ, Matchbook, 5Dimes and etc and build amount beyond $2k and stooped! When I try to withdrawal they don't give me any options but only for deposit. Maybe because I never made deposit before but play with contest prize money from few years ago when they wasn't under phoenix hat. I was intend to deposit small sum from moneybookers that I activate payout channel but CS guy don't recommended me any moneybookers use and not gave me any guarantee!

Well yea that is true but once they have closed up shop completely and stopped payin then everyone knows they are ****** so there is no discussion there is just ohhh lets get a fukin team of Costa Rican lawyers and blah blah blah, bc you dont want to have a balance in a BetRoyal or Cascade, etc when they go under you have to be aware when a book is only paying out with new deposits especially when they're facing the slow season where the # of deposits drops a ton
If the Cris connection/ownership was not there--this might be accurate. I would not play there without that. If SBR reports that this connection is severed, then I will also pull completely out. I am not much of a player there now, their choice not mine, but i am also not panic abt my balance.
Guys, BP is in serious financial trouble. If they have to divide a $10,000.00 request up and make 3-4 payments or more, over a 5-6 minth period, they are broke. How many gamblers make those kind of wagers in Vegas and get paid off immediately? What you must remember is that you are not getting any interest for the money that is rightfully yours, while you wait weeks, or even months to get paid. You are LOSING money. You are being taken. If I wager 5k on a game, and win, I want my 5K right now, not divided up into payments that run over a 2-6 month period. Anyone willing to accept that should stop gambling immediately.
Cris owns them??? What the hell, then why dont they payout or operate anything like Cris? Thats definitely news to me, guess this is like the WSEX/matchbook deal, WSEX stiffing/slow payin everyone while keepin matchbook clean
First off, I completely agree with this.
Secondy, most gamblers dont have a spare 100k+ to gamble with like the pros do, if they run up a huge balance, 10k for example that may be their entire bankroll, getting paid out over the course of a year is just no an option for a player like this, not only interest but maybe they see better lines, better bonuses, maybe they need that money to pay bills, who knows, its just fuckin ridiculous to have your money tied up like this. You dont go to Vegas and win 10k and then get told no prob well pay ya 1k every month
Responses like the one from katsale of oh well just keep playin theyll prolly pay ya out in a year or so, that's just fuckin ridiculous for the average bettor

Full Disclosure: I am only withdrawing due to BP's asking me to go away. They were pretty nice aout it actually. So, if i could play there with my 105 and reasonable limits i would still be a customer. Richard knows that. In fact, I am seriously thinking of naming my beach house Casa del Phoenix. If I do, i will picture that and post.
Based on all the information out on betphoenix I would not feel comfortable having very much in the book right now. I have recently zeroed my account and plan on staying away until things look better.

I asked for a 500$ check other day.. today (only 3 biz days later) the funds were removed from my account.. this is a huge positive compared to the past and hopefully the check arrives soon

WSEX was paying players upto Jan. This is completely inaccurate. I want my funds. By not paying me within their terms, they are stealing from me.
Update:
Wire I was told was sent on 3/30 not in my bank account.
Fees for that wire not refunded.
No sign of anything happening with next withdrawal (but it has "only" been about a week.)
FWIW, after having a delay in a payout requested in February and processed in early March, I have since received a more recent payout and my FEB payout was reissued (funds credited to my account and then debited again) on 4/1 and should be on their way to me. These payouts were via the method that allows one free 2K per month and I was not made to wait any additional time due to the delay of the first payout, nor was I charged for either.
Richard as well as one particular customer service clerk have been quite helpful in getting these issues resolved. Prior to February, I had been receiving my one free payout per 30 days in a reasonable time frame for several months.
Also, I'd like to echo katsale's position from a few posts back. I wasn't asked to leave, but I lost the -105 and my limits were cut to a point where it's barely worth keeping my account funded for those reasons.
I have absolutely no personal knowledge of BP's financial stability and am not here to encourage nor discourage anyone from playing there, just wanted to share my experience. I don't mind if a book has an occasional payout issue as long as they are helpful in rectifying the situation to my satisfaction and that has happened in this case.
My most recent payout here was requested thursday March 24th and arrived on my doorstep on friday April 1st in the form of $$$orders instead of a check so maybe they are having processor issues lately. 2 of my last 3 withdrawals in the last 3 months have been sent in about a week with the longest being around 30 days.
I too like many others am only withdrawing my funds due to the loss of reduced juice and limiting on my account which makes having a large balance tied up there useless.
My understanding is that they did indeed have some processing issues in FEB/MAR (which explains why my payouts went smoothly in the prior months). Also, FWIW, I have received both forms of payment you mentioned via the mail over the past 6 months. Not sure what determined the form, but it makes little difference to me.
I am glad to see I have not been singled out for banishment. It seems these new orders come from above Richard's pay grade. My relationship with him has always been great and I know he worked hard to keep my business. Since the legendary Fernando passed away, it seems their linesmen have grown more imcompetent and rather than fire them--they just eliminated the players the linesmen did not want to see anymore.
At full juice and a delay and $50 per game? Ok, I know when I am an unwanted guest. So, I just want my balance sent to me and no animosity on my part. As I mentioned above, good thoughts from me about BP.
Two new complaints have been reported.
Player A requested $2,000 by Moneybookers on March 8th.
Player B requested €2,800 by Moneybookers in mid-March.
BetPhoenix better get that advertising check in the mail quick or they're gonna have an F- rating soon

The writing was on the walls a long time ago with this book. Why are so many people still playing with them?
When a book starts offering huge bonuses with a 30 day hold, the flags should be raised and waving!
The only reason to have a 30 day hold is to insure you can't get your money any time soon! They were hoping to get lots of deposits by offering these bonuses just so they had money to pay existing withdrawal requests.
Well now that 30 day period has passed and they are unable to pay. The deposits have gone way down with the end of March Madness. The end is very near for this book!
