Why not give both parties an opportunity to save face? Instead of offering the player his money after completing an additional test (play perfect strategy for many hours at a CR location), why not offer him 10K to come to CR and show he can do so? If it is clear that he can't do so, he still has 10K, and EZS saves face. If he can pass this test, then he wins another 10K on top of his 46K plus a nice little weekend trip. If EZS is so certain he cheated, they should have no problem with this. And if the player didn't cheat, he shouldn't have either.

On a sidenote, if the player does know how to cheat casinos, this won't be the last case.

Also, how do you feel that the book has been prejudiced? At the worst, it appears that the player was playing fast.

How about 50 percent of the so called winnings as a settlement, take it or leave it type offer.

Why would EZS go for that? It won't restore their reputation. If they can demonstrate that the player cheated, at a cost of less than 25% of the winnings, that's much more attractive. And if the player can demonstrate he didn't cheat, why would he take 23K if he can have 46K +10K? It's the same test the book suggested, but with an inclusion to compensate the player fairly for his trouble to come over. If the player refuses, that's pretty close to an admission of guilt, imo. The player is at an advantage because he already knows if he can do this or not. The book is only speculating. But by making this offer to the player, the book could no longer be blamed for not being fair. If the book doesn't want to extend such an offer, they're not so sure at all... (admission of guilt on their behalf).

(I'll take my 5K commission from the winning party).

HedgeHog is correct. The burden of proof is on EZ and they have not met it.

Or waited until the facts came out before deciding if EasyStreet had enough evidence to show malfeasance. Most people decided to bury the book without knowing the details. It seems the forum is used to instinctively react against the sportsbook instead of seeing whose side, the player or the book, has merit.

I don't think a settlement would help EZ save face, they almost either have to stick to their argument or pay.

This decision by EZ Will put them out of business. I'd guess 80+% of their biz comes from these forums. It's not like they are up high on google if you type in sportsbook. I'd also venture to guess most people on these forums will run for the hills.

Apparently a thread is not a thread without this fool trolling and shilling on the "recreational" forums.

He's been kicked out of the Think Tank, laughed out of several forums at a few other websites when he tried to pass himself off as a Video Poker expert, and most recently (that I am aware of) laughed out of a twoplustwo thread where he was - what else - shilling, in that case for scam outfit LVA Sports.

But here he is again, immediately coming up with 2 invisible "friends" who are eager to deposit in a thieving sportsbook, and couldn't wait to make Fishhead aware of the fact that they are fellow morons.

Probably a lot more time on his hands - no more $1.95 scalps using Matchbook.

EZ can run and lay down but the search engines are in the process of recording this event for all time.

bah in your idea. If EZ proof the player cant play like he played during his 46k winning streak. They still loose 10k.

P.S im not defending EZ in this story. they re just scammer...
