Pitch unfit to play a match on.

You will see this a lot in the lower leagues the next couple of months.

Weather is arctic conditions in Britain at the moment, with much snow and freezing temperature. Only the Premier league is safe because of undersoil heating of pitches. Most teams in other leagues, with exception of some forward looking Championship clubs, do not have this facility.

Rushden manager Justin Edinburgh is without the suspended Jamie Day.
Shane Huke (hamstring) is sidelined, but Curtis Osano and Rene Howe return from suspension and Sam Smith has fully recovered from a groin injury.
Cambridge United have no fresh injury worries as they look to extend their unbeaten run to eight games.
Daryl Clare (broken finger) is out, and Adam Marriott stays benched after Danny Wright and Wayne Gray hit a brace each in the 4-0 win against Altrincham.

Rushden and Diamonds manager Justin Edinburgh told BBC Radio Northampton:

"We had a horrendous injury list at the start of the season. It's no coincidence that, when we've been on the good run, we've been free of injuries and suspensions. We've got to weather this storm.
"One or two people have got to step up to the mark and take their chance, because they may get one chance, and they won't get too many more.
"Every game at this level is tough and hopefully the point at Forest Green Rovers will kickstart us."
